| It's not an anime, but my favorite female pervert from both worlds (manga and anime) is Nakano from Mousou Telepathy. I like how it's not her only defining feature, but it's still very pronounced and is done really well. I like seeing her perverted moments XD And it's also amazing for a series with 1-page chapters. |
