| This was a fantastic first episode. Suou is absolutely adorable <3 ! Music kicks ass again, too. I can't wait for more. Best anime of the new season for me so far. |

| Didn't they also do Soul Eater last year? I don't recognize the name, but that voice and sound are pretty distinctive. They're a lot better than Project ALI, so I don't have any complaints. |
| The vocalist of Abingdon Boys School is also known as TM Revolution, who has also done quite a few OPs and EDs. You can tell it's him because he does have a rather distinctive voice and style xD Can't complain, though, because I do rather like a.b.s. |

Anyhow, love the beat when u see Hei's legs hehehe... orgasmic But I can't believe he was drinking instead of eating huge amounts of food...is it because he is in Russia and thus prefers vodka?? |

| I saw that Mao has been killed by April. Suou is going to arrive to her mother in Tokyo, i think that all actions will be traditionally in Japan. |

| I enjoyed the first series but never really loved it and didn't expect too much coming into to this one, but that was pretty awesome. It's a shame hamburger dude is already a goner. |

| Pretty good for a start, although it's only going to be 13 eps. Main character is not bad, I hope Hei and yin have some parts in this season, I mean, that's why we're all curious about this season right? Killing April off was unexpected, kind of. Well i'm looking forward to this. |

How are humans going to stop the trans-dimensional invasion that seems to be coming? Q#2. Will the gates be able to be closed and the real stars to return to the sky? Q#3. And of course will they be able to answer these questions masterfully in so few of episodes? I'm excited to see how they will address these questions in the coming episodes. Overall this was a very strong opening. I agree that it is the best so far this Fall along with Kimi ni Todoke. |

| That was a very impressive way to start out the next season. I was afraid I wouldn't like Suou, but she's an awesome character. Naturally I like Hei and Yin as well, so it's looking bright. Can't wait for the rest of the episodes! Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure Mao died. If they decided he wouldn't fit into the series, the only way to kill him off was right off the bat. I liked him, but I doubt he's coming back. If you check out the extended list of characters, Mao isn't even listed as supporting. Hei is definitely working on his own. He is that type of lone-wolf and he no longer has orders from the organization. April was surprised by his return, and that's the only person I could imagine him working with out of what it showed us. We didn't get to see Yin, but I'm sure she was just giving him support in the back-lines and that's his only ally. For now anyways. quicksilverzx said: No OP?! NOW I'VE LOST IT! LOL |

I can't wait for episode two. Btw, was I imagining things, or did that girl at the end in ninja-like garb look like the rubber-band girl contractor from the end of season 1? I would be pleased to see more of her. Lets hope they fill us in on some of the unknowns of this series. |

| After rewatched the last season, I find this first episode has way too many lolis/minors. I certainly hope it wont keep it this way... And of course Hei had to kill April. What else would he do when somebodys trying to kill him? Its not shounen manga where the heros can take endless beaten and still stay alive. Life and death here is only one second away, especially if you consider in season one most characters die only one episode after their first appearance, if not right away lol... And I hardly see any difference for Hei if hes killing a contractor or a "regular human". Spitfire said: first season takes place 10 years after the gates appeared, 2nd season 13 years. So its likely 2-3 years in between after Hei left the syndicate, hopefully together with yin.2 questions: Any clue on the time lag, Is it 2 years after first season?
