Well, a lot haha. I cried for Naruto when Pain did his backstory, also during Itachi's one and his last moments with Sasuke. Angel Beats, when Yui left, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood during Hughes funeral, the end of Code Geass, Violet's Evergarden trailer...(Yeah, the trailer.) I could go on.

Kanon (2006): Episodes 9 and 10 completely destroyed me, with a few other scenes also making me cry
Girls' Last Tour: The anime did make me cry, but volume six of the manga destroyed me to the point where I cry from just thinking about it
Madoka Magica: I don't remember how much (or even if) I cried while watching it, but I definitely cried a lot after finishing it
K-On!: Several scenes in the second season made me cry, but the song in the finale is what really got me
3-gatsu no Lion: Pretty much any emotional scene involving the Kawamoto family
Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!: Seeing Dekomori cry always makes me cry
Gunslinger Girl: The ending of the first season
Fate/stay night UBW: Season 2 episode 3
Yu Yu Hakusho: The first episode made me cry and a few scenes later on got close
Konohana Kitan: Episode 4

And a few honorable mentions that didn't quite make me cry but got close:
Monogatari Series: So far Araragi and Senjougahara's first date, and the ending of Kizumonogatari have gotten pretty close to making me cry, I'm expecting at least one scene will make me cry as I continue the series
Hinamatsuri: A few scenes involving Anzu
Hyouka: For some reason the reveal of what the name means really got to me
Zombieland Saga: The Lily episode
Black Lagoon: The ending of the second season

Yeah. Lots of 'em. Sometimes because of overwhelming beauty. Sometimes because the character acted so purely. Sometimes because it made me look back on shit in my own life. Sometimes it's just sad.

Many, many times. The most extreme cases were these:
Sword Art Online (the entire series+movie)
Kimi no Na Wa. (your name.)
Tenki no Ko (Weathering with You)
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure S1
Made in Abyss
Rascal Does Not Dream Of Bunny Girl Senpai (and the movie, ESPECIALLY the movie)

The first episode of Plastic Memories and Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms.

The build-up is usually important before a tearjerker moment and those two works hit that execution right out of the park.

It's cool when a tear actually gets out of my eyes. Well I usually get so sad or so happy and I can be close to crying but it's very rare when I actually cry.

I'm not sure I've ever cried of sadness watching anime, I probably have even if I don't remember.

However, I know for certain of one time I cried from... happiness? To be honest I'm not sure what my emotions were at the time. It was at the end of ReLife. Again, I'm not sure what my emotions were at the time, I was crying, but smiling, and gasping all at once. Is that what it is to cry from happiness? It was the only time I've ever done it so I'm unsure, which is pretty sad thinking about it.

I once cried while watching Hotarubi no Mori e, Violet Evergarden Episode 10, Maquia, and Hunter x Hunter Meruem and Komugi moments.

But, what really makes me cry is Lelouch !!
The death of Lelouch and the revive of Lelouch really drained my tears.

Oh god, yes, I'm such a crybaby! I'm rewatching JoJo and I'm crying over every single character death once again lol
Last time I cried a lot was the other day, after a certain episode of Shingeki no Kyojin S3P2 I bawled so hard that I had to stop watching it and do something else because it was too much and I couldn't stop.

I cried a lot after watching eromanga sensei. It was like the anime has taken my ability to think. After each episode my heart ached a lot mostly during the shameless degeneracy of the characters. It was very hard to control the tears when the characters were involved in highly lewd stuff. Still I don't like dropping anime so I watched it more hoping it would get good and it got good. It made me cry painful tears most in the ending. This is what I call "angry at the anime so much you start crying".

From what I saw in your list, there doesn't SEEM to be any anime you'd need to weep over. And believe me, there are many anime that could make you cry. For example
Clannad After Story
Hotarubi no Mori e
Kimi no Na Wa
Sayonara no Asa ni Yakusoku no Hana wo Kazarou
Violet Evergarden

yes but I cry easily when watching shows/movies, especially when I have a visual stimulus it’s more of a sensory experience for me

cried watching noragami episode 9 today - yukine’s arc was emotional & intense

some others off the top of my head:
given - yuki’s scenes were heartbreaking & the entire theme of dealing with loss and grieving was something anyone could easily relate to
basically a lot of the shoujo romance I watch, anything that I could relate to or brought back memories - ao haru ride, sukitte ii nayo.
sakurasou - i love coming-of-age stories & the art direction was great and evoked a lot of emotions
kimi no na wa - needless to say it was a beautiful experience
seishun buta yarou - it was a strong commentary on dealing with mental health and trauma and how these issues physically manifest and the characters had to deal with them head on, kaede’s arc had me in tears :’(

but i’ll probably remember over and over again
you were there and everyone else was there

Nothing felt like crying especially Clannad AS nor any other emotional anime .Your lie in April was boring and felt like some kind of bad version of Fault in our stars and I want to eat your Pancreas. Clannad AS is my favourite but I don't find any thin sad like crying. Although I do find some scenes emotions like deaths in Naruto ,Assassination classroom etc
