| After episode 8 I just shut off my brain and just browsed my phone while "watching" the anime. It was just a pleb version of a mysterious avant garde psychological work of art. They took all that and turned it into a generic shitty anime. Waste of time. Don't go for it. Instead just read the 18 chapters of manga and watch the Boogiepop Phantom twice. |

| So three plotlines: Millionaire rebels against Towa organisation, sets up moon tower to find succesor? He is responsible for making everyone fall asleep. The king of distortion uses the situation to get everyone to meet the person they want o meet in their dreams e.g. Sakiko with Hinako. All the while, Niitoki is jealous of Miyashita who got with her crush Takeda, which she managed to let go of in the end. |

| It was a pretty weak adaptation all in all. It made no sense to rush like this though 5 volumes, instead of adapting 2 or 3 volumes at most with this amount of episodes. This also needed a better team to adapt this LN, especially the script writer was a let down. |
