Heh, yea. Texas isn't that bad of a place though (depending on what part). I live in San Antonio and it's actually a fairly good place.

Heh, yea. Texas isn't that bad of a place though (depending on what part). I live in San Antonio and it's actually a fairly good place.

Every place is like that. My city has the highest violent crime rate for most of the coast, but I rarely have seen any of it because I live on a "nice street." I think if the majority is bad then the whole area can easily be referred to as such.

I believe the right to kill is essential as long as we can't do anything otherwise, for eg. I agree with capital punishment for murder.

The way I read it, it sounded like he only killed him accidentally. He cut off the guys hand, and then on the finish of the swing, got the thief's neck, and killed him.

That's manslaughter at most.
