Seeing World Trigger at #20 makes me feel pretty good, I've been trying to convince people to read it for ages, perhaps now I can convince them even if Ashihara is still in hospital

Keep spreading the word, my friend. More people need to experience the World Trigger goodness.

When you realise both of the To Love RU manga volumes sold higher than Dragon Ball Super.Looks like only a handful of people actually care about the manga.

Youjo Senki's anime boost isn't too shabby, especially when you consider that those volumes cost almost twice as much as most of the remaining LN of that list. Maybe a second season someday isn't impossible, who knows.

Konosuba number 2 in LN sales. Hell yeah.
I actually didn't think people still bought SAO, weird.

The top 10 manga is always makes me cringe lol. Over half of the series aren't even that good.

Diamond no ace act 2 at 19? that series is superior to Haikyuu in every way. I don't get how it is always so low

Overall, manga sales have a little fallen compared to the first half of 2016. Hierarchy has no major upheaval compared a year ago: some series that had benefited from a boost (anime or live) disappear logically, leaving their place to Other series.
My Hero Academia did not move in global sales but at the volume level yes (effect season 2 limited), while NNT lowed as there was a one month lag in its releases due to Suzuki's hospitalization in December (we see that if Volume 26 was released in April as usually, NTT could have climbed to sixth place).
Blue Exorcist, March Comes in a Lion and Yowamushi Pedal enjoy a "anime boost". Days (Magazine), Diamond no Ace Act II (Magazine) and Black Clover (Jump) appear this year in the top because in the end there is weak "anime effect" on this first half compared to last year: series between 700 000 and 900 000 have thus returned this year in the top mechanically: this year the #30 is at 752 854 whereas last year the #30 was at 920 185.
In general, these sales in the first half 2017 are therefore little affected by "anime boost".

The ranking according to the maximum sale of one volume (in brackets the best selling of a volume):
01. One Piece (2,605,418)
02. Shingeki no Kyojin (1,576,240)
03. Tokyo Ghoul:re (868,244)
04. Haikyuu !! (867,000)
05. One Punch-Man (848,678)
06. Kingdom (782,182)
07. Nanatsu no Taizai (663,665)
08. Detective Conan (624,558)
09. Kuroshitsuji (620,152)
10. Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii (610,792)
11. My Hero Academia (563,907)
12. Dungeon Meshi (561,908)
13. Blue Exorcist (543,929)
14. Kimi ni Todoke (529,726)
15. Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-hen (493,613)

its so sad that if diamond no ace had an anime it still wouldnt have been in top 10. act 2 is way better than haikyuu

I'm pretty late in to this, but I agree the series isn't bad imo, but it's the type of series you expect to see selling between 20k to 50k max like those light novel manga adaptation ecchi series, but over 200k? This series is selling more than akame ga kill before it got a anime and is selling on par to akame ga kill after it got the anime boost. O.o that is impressive.

what more impressive it was more like second grade series since in fact it's only released in phone app... it seriously beyond me how it can be impresively popular...
