| Civilization IV It is still to date the only one that gives the 'complete' feeling from all the civilization series. Vassalization, random events, religious war, colonization, etc. Though I like the civ V concept of single unit per tile and the enhanced gameplay Brave New World has to offer, civ IV is still felt as the only full featured civilization in the series. Heroes of Might and Magic III For the sake of nostalgia and great OST. It also has more factions than most of the series and more units and their unique abilities that could makes a simple battle more challenging. Each time you play you will learn something new, gorgon stares your dragons to death, or your titan getting stoned by ISIS halflings. Having stronger units does not guarantee victory, which is why every victory is felt rewarding. Oh yeah, Azure Dragon is broken. Xenogears From star wars and gundam to evangelion in one package. Edgy as Nietzsche, hypocrite as Sarte, and as confusing as Heidegger. All with the cool-sounding German mecha names and Freudian incest. I don't even know what I'm talking about but I think anyone should play it once in their life. Brigandine It is like the tactical JRPG version of Heroes of Might and Magic meets Monster Rancher. |

| Well it depends, but if were taking specifically story, then Legend of heroes all the way. I have never in my 25 years of gaming, found a video game series as deep and complex and ambitious as legend of heroes is. |
