I love magi and Taizai but Taizai adapted 100 chapters in 24 eps and flew through them.... There are only 39 chapters from where they left off of at 102.. So It'll be most likely a 12 ep season :( |

| *sigh* I wish they could just disregard the last two minutes of the first season and then it'd all be good. That anime original end really put them in a tough spot. I honestly don't have much faith in this, I feel like they're totally going to ruin a lot of parts in the beginning. They aren't even suppose to leave the kingdom until way later! Also the Diane and King stuff? The Gowther stuff? All of it is going to be screwed.... Also interesting that MAL has it as "other" and not a sequel. The only saving grace would be if it was a remake with a slower pace that followed the manga completely. That would be a dream come true. |

| How the hell could this be? I always assumed the wait would be as long as AoT's second season. After all, they adapted ~100 chapters into a two-cour series and there's only 30+ chapters after they left the kingdom. |

| Two scenarios I can see coming from this: 1) Sequel (likely 2 cour) adaptation. However, it will debut late like Fall 2016 next year or something so to catch up with the manga. 2) Anime original although I have no idea how they will do it. Again 2 cour likely. |

The time slot will likely be the same as Arslan Senki (since they announced it after the final episode) and the channel is likely to air it as 2 cour again. |

| Awesome news! I’m all for more for Nanatsu. Love both manga and anime equally. Like some of you already stated, I bet this will come out Fall (like the previous series did), giving the manga time to release a pretty good amount of chapters for a good old second season without problems. Who knows, It could also get delayed for next year (2017) as well. |

| I like how so many people in this thread either can't do basic addition or don't understand that time is a thing. Do they think the end of 2016 will arrive tomorrow with no new chapters released or something? I mean seriously, what the fuck... |

| Normally i'm with everyone when it comes to hating switching things up and doing anime originals but honestly with this I wouldn't mind it. Especially with how fast paced they made the first season because of that it's kinda necessary unless we want to wait a year+ 2 years for a 24 ep season2 then that long again for more if it goes that far. I don't think it would hurt at all if they went the anime original route with it but stuck close to the source as best they could maybe even consulted with the writer. I think this way Sins could actually become one of the top long running anime. It's been a loooooong time since there was a real good long running anime. Only ones really long running recently are bleach,naruto,fairy tail and one piece and all of those are much more toned down kid aimed. I think if it would be awesome to see Sins become a real actual serious long running anime. It wouldn't be hard either with how it's seemed to blown up anime wise and manga wise which is what they mainly care about it's more popular than fairy tail even right now in Japan. |
