Have you watched Toradora? It does it without the main character being a pervert. It made me sick.

Lots of things do it without the main character being a pervert. At least Toradora tends to be of high quality when it isn't doing that. (Although the lead male deciding to be with the character who abuses him in the end does cast a bit of a shadow over the whole show.) Don't ever try Love Hina. It was one of the first harem shows, but it's almost nothing but this trope, and it's vile.

I don't have a "big" problem with this cliché. Sometimes, the guy is such an jackass or an asshole I'd punch him too. But I guess why people doesn't like it because, like I said, It's a cliché.
It's repetitive and easy to use it and we're in a time where feminism become extremist.

And Toradora isn't vile? All this abuse and I'm supposed to think Taiga's cute? Fuck that.

It doesn't make sense, for example when the girl falls down stairs and lands on the guy (usually she lands near his pelvic area/leg area) immediately blames him calling him a pervert and she hits/kicks him and bystanders are fine with it. To me this is NOT comedy, honestly it is a an outrage for me whenever i see this, because violence against men DOES exist

What would happen if we put it backwards

A guy fell down the stairs and landed on her and immediately blames her calling her a pervert and hits her? its awful right? but when it happens to a man its comedy?

If possible i would like the opinions of male and females

Thanks.

If someone hits another for an unjustified reason, then the attacker should be prepared to be beaten up back in retaliation, so no, it is not okay for both boys and girls in anime to use violence unless if the situation warrants necessary self-defense.

That's why I like Hinata in Angel Beats, because he beats back Yui who beats him up first, and Touma in To Aru Kagaku, who will not hesitate to punch girls in self-defense in the name of true gender equality.

Just like it is unacceptable for a guy to hit a girl for no justified reason, it should also be unacceptable for a girl to hit a guy for no justified reason. Anime girls who act violently need to be a taught a serious lesson, as guys are humans with emotions and feelings just like them girls, and would feel the same pain as girls when getting hit.
I am someone that would like to watch a Harem Anime with 2 male leads that each gets their own harem company of girls from the main cast. For example, 1st male lead gets a company of 4 girls and 2nd male lead gets 2-3 girls etc.

God I really hate so much anime girls that beat up males for unjustified or trifling reasons, such as Chika kicking this poor boy here >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X80uYflaHfM

I also hate and curse all the violent girls in Love Hina, and all the girls that beat up Ichika in Infinte Stratos.

If there is an anime crossover, I'd like to see those bitches get kicked by Grimmjow from Bleach >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QEqSm-8MGg

Idk, it's annoying to me tbh. What's even more annoying is when people say it's for comedic relief. Idk about you guys but I almost never laugh or think it's even a little funny when one character hits another for no reason. The only times I actually think it's funny is when Gildarts punches Natsu from Fairy Tail.

Well maybe if you weren't so triggered by cartoons then you could look beyond and see why scenes like this are used.

Because anime is trash and so are we.
That's why.

Because it is 'empowering'.
Anyway, there are reverse cases like Aho Girl or Dropkick Devil.

Because women are apparently allowed to hurt men since they are the weak ones and that's funny. Apparently.

I've long accepted those kinds of beatings as something that "goes with the territory" of ecchi/harem works. Most of the time, they're so slapstick that they're hard to take too seriously. There's a world of difference between Love Hina's Keitarou Urashima getting Naru-Punch'd and becoming a "twinkle in the sky" and violence that actually feels abusive. (For a good example of the latter, see some of the scenes in the Tsukasa Ayatsuji arc of Amagami SS.)

And on some level, the beatings are cosmic retribution for the male characters' "lucky pervert" fortunes. Not to mention all the indignities suffered by the female characters who get unwillingly groped, stripped, exposed, peeped on, etc.. We as straight male fans get our share of fanservice and wish-fulfillment from these shows; the karmic justice delivered upon the self-insert characters is the price of admission.

Everything that connects to MAL

Probably because a majority of the time it's played for laughs and not supposed to be taken seriously. It's so overdone at this point that I personally don't think it's even slightly amusing anymore, but I'm not going to rage over it.
