Personal favourites would be; Kiniro Mosaic 2, Mikagura Gakuen Kumikyoku, Ore Monogatari, Show by Rock, Oregairu 2 and Owari no Seraph.

Animation is great(godly in their own ways), fun characters, and simple but interesting plot.

Much waifu and husbando material, too(Kururu, Karen, Suna, Shinoa, Mika e.t.c)

Also, Assassination Classroom. Karma is #1 husbando this season ~.~

Shokugeki no Souma is my favorite hands down. The most entertaining imo & I always look forward to it. Ore Monogatari!! is great too, 2nd favorite.
I've put Kekkai Sensen on-hold, I'll get into it later.
I haven't dropped anything but Denpa Kyoushi & Nagato Yuki-chan are very boring.

Arslan Senki is AOTS for me, hands down. As a fan of Akatsuki no Yona and other similar shows, this couldn't be better. So far nothing that spectacular is happening, but in these type of stories the overall journey is most important. Also it established a story with so much potential.

^ that too.

Well, there's a lot of thing I watched this season, I'm even falling behind at some.

Well, for my opinion of this season, the one on my spotlight is Punchline. Knowing the script writer for this show is the enigmatic Uchikoshi (writer of Ever17, the infinity series and 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors) I keep my hopes high, and this far it's quite good although still confusing plot-wise.

Another show that really enjoyable this season is Etotama. It is a lighthearted comedy show with a lot of punchlines and the occasional breaking the 4th wall from the get go. It reminds me of the comedy anime of the 2000's decade where the main attraction is inside-jokes of the moe subcultures like Digi Charat, Moetan, or even Nurse Witch Komugi. Not to mention this show is probably has the best use of 3D CG battle scenes of series I watched this season. Too bad I heard of bad news of how low their BD sales is.. I think they deserves more..

Plastic Memories on the other hand is quite good, reminds me of Eve Jikan and Asimov book series. It has interesting premise, however sometimes it fell short in developing it's philosophical foundations, and fell short as drama slice of life. Even though it is written by Hayashi (steins;gate, chaos;gate, etc.) I felt less intrigued by it's plot. The dilemma was seen from miles away, it seems only the MC who didn't know that.

Shokugeki Soma is interesting, but it is just like typical storyline with featured enemy encounters levelling systems, it doesn't really provides deeper curiosity to it's theme nor their background, but at least it's not as frequent and shallow as 'enemy of the week' type of show. Also, food porn, literally and figuratively.

Arslan Senki has made good entrance, however begin to show some loose of pace. I'm quite mixed about this actually since I'm not too fond with the Arakawa designs, especially on Falangies. She was one of my all time classic heroine besides Deedlit from Lodoss. Arakawa has done a terrible thing.

'Dungeon something something loli boobs' is interestingly has nice story, the main character is good natured and out of the book of the classic JRPG protagonist, not some teenage edgelord or hysterical perverts. The relationship between character looks healthy, but the focus on the girls is clearly extremely shifted between episodes just like your typical harem. It is enjoyable this far, you can argue which loli is best, boobs or no-boobs, the only character shines in this series for me is Bell-sama.

Oregairu Zoku - aka I hate everyone part 2. Our edge lord is finally out of his hard shells, and shown that cute dere-dere side of him to everyone he knows, even his crush in junior high. I'd bet that all his friends felt 'moeeeee~! over his gap in attitude. On the other hand, Hayama seems more and more reasonable and plausible for true ending. I'd ship Hayama-Hachiman, while date masamune, I mean hachiman otaku friend getting less and less screen time.

Other shows I'm watching right now is not on the priority~

Great series:
Gintama - Like always amazing.
Shokugeki no Soma - I love mang, so I hoped that anime will be great. Until now I'm really glad.
Ore no Monogatari - This anime is a big suprise for me. Every episode is really good.

Other series:
Arslan Senki- Interesting anime, but anything more.
Plastic Memories- Firstly everything was ok, but after second episode It's boring and has terrible characters.

"Yamada-kun and the 7 witches" looks really fun :D
and the grand finaly the best of the best is the most badass anime is!!!!
"Shokugeki no Souma" this anime i find it really unquie and really cool anime i put this anime on 10/10
"high school DxD Born" always my top no matter what , the best ecchi of all times :P
(including Season 1 and 2)

the disappointed (but still watching them anyway)!
"Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku" lacking of romance and lame comady...
"Triage X" i was hoping for way more ecchi...

Hmm I never dropped my anime so I keep on watching it even if it's dragging or boring.

So:
DanMachi, so far it's okay, stupid MC that didn't realize his own harem and still chasing for one girl. It's kind of pacing slow but okay.
Highschool DxD Born, I think it's okay but the pacing is kind of weird. Jumping from Koneko to Akeno to Asia in already half of the season.
Nisekoi: good as always current disappointment is the episode is not episodic and Haru has yet to appear officially.
Oregairu 2, story and drama is good. Yui's warm smile is always welcome to me like Hachiman welcome Saika's smile lol.
Yamada-kun 7-nin no Majo, so far interesting and very fun to watch. Not to mention the kissing with all sorts of people from girls to girls and boys to boys and the witch thing is just introduced recently. Maybe it will get better.

Not bad, but not funny enough to keep me interested, and I knew it was going nowhere fast.
Good to know. There's always a chance I'll un-drop it if I'm ever in the mood for a non-standard romcom.

I'm not really enjoying this season. It feels lackluster compared to other seasons, with every show being mediocre at best.
With that said, I'm currently following:
F/SN UBW : Half decent adaptation
Arslan Senki : Has potential, but hasn't really delivered yet
Kekkai Sensen : This one is really fun, but not much else
Owari no Seraph : Its ok, nothing amazing
DxD Born : The only saving grace of the season, need more Boosto in my life
Danmachi : Didn't really like the start, but I'm enjoying it now that I don't take it seriously
Ninja Slayer : Has its awesome moments, but that flash animation....

I've forgotten what Oregairu was about and who any of the characters are but I really liked it the first season so I'll probably get back to it after I skim through a few eps of S1

I will not explain myself again after this time. This is the Third time.

If people are only going to list the anime and or otherwise just put one worded "reasons"—like, "It's good", "It's average", "Meh", "It's below average" and so on, I'll be sending warnings for spam and or locking for simple listing.

Oregairu 2 is good. I feel like the characters are getting a lot of development. Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru no Darou ka is also good but hard for me to get into, not one of my favourites but it's a good watch.

I have zero motivation to watch anything this season. This season is one of the worst I seen in years. The 2 major studios ufotable and madhouse aren't bringing it to the table (f/sn:ubs 2 is terrible and that madhouse show they're doing is a shoujo so I'm not even bothering). The winter season was better, and the fall season was better than the winter one, both of them had parasyte, log horizon and many other good ones.

All I'm doing now is watching hxh.

The show where Hachiman is the main character (I don't know the fucking name) has been pretty disappointing so far, I didn't think Season 1 was as good as the rating it has, but I still mostly enjoyed it....this season however....UGH! (Rating so far 5/10)

Nisekoi 2....it just feels like an OVA series, and I know that because the manga is the way it is, it is supposed to be random and whatever, but I really felt season 1 was many times better....season 2 is not bad, but it's not great either. (Rating so far 6/10)

Nanoha Vivid.....FEITO is back....and some lolis fighting....yeah, pretty enjoyable (Rating so far 7/10)

DXD 3.....tons of ecchi as usual, but the story is getting pretty lame...it's to be expected from this kinda shounen though (Rating so far 7/10)

Souma and Hestia anime are easily my two favorite in this season so far....very fun to watch, lots of good ecchi moments, and overall they do what the others haven't been able to do....allow me 24 minutes to relax and be entertained without some nagging bs (Rating so far 8/10 for both)

too many newcomers are dissapointing when sequel are overpowerd.
well, let see my list:
arslan senki: not bad, but not good either. don't have any interisting character for me.
Baby steps 2: Amazing! kinda slowpaced though.
danna ga nani 2: become parody? good.
Denpa kyoushi: DROPPED! it's failure compare to mediocore manga. character design, art, sound, all meh.
dungeon: so rushed. i dont know where will be this anime going.
Etotama: watch it for lelz.
Gintama 2015: anime of season so far, constant comedy quality, better story telling (not rused, but not to slow either), more lightly, more bold (damn that kenshin, kurobas, dragon ball and ansatstu refference, almost without cencored). waiting for action arc thou for action quality.
gunsliger: dropped, only normal action, not action fans.
DXD: did only me, or their art become worse? only in fanservice their art are constant.
Kekkai sensen: watch it for comedy in the end. lelz.
Kyokai no rinne: hope nothing, get nothing. but at least keep me watching it, so not bad.
Nisekoi: as manga reader, i know this season will be only raku add more harem. so, i prefer waiting for season 3 if they make it.
Ore monogatari: uncliche romance, very good.
owary no seraph: overused action cliche, character, and theme. dunno why still watch it.
Plastic: feeling like shigatsu but better character. only lame plot.
Shokugeki: kinda dissaponting, add more fanservice but kinda meh for me. food look more delicious in manga, dunno why.
Oregairu 2: too many useless dialogue, not like season 1. but stil good anyways. not bothered about art.
Yamada: better than i expected, not rushed. hope for season 2 though.

Being a romance fan, I am currently watching 4 animes.

Snafu 2: It has surprisingly disappointed me. Lack of progress with the characters. It feels like its an episodic anime of Hachiman solving problems in the Hachiman way and then reset.

Yamada: It was surprisingly impressed me. Given, its not really romance per se.....

The two other animes are my favorites this season:

My Love Story: because it is different. However, im a bit worried about it being 24 episodes since innocent romance only works for for 12-13 episodes, and not 24-26 episodes. Which is why I dropped Nisekoi.

Hibike: After seeing episode 6, it looks like it will have romance. Yay. Hopefully the romance in it will be much much better than Amagi Brilliant Park, Hyouka, and Chuuni.

I'm considering to drop Plastic Memories. I just can't stand this show anymore, because the writer doesn't seem to have good sense to create good melodrama. Whenever it tries to do humour, it's always unfunny, and whenever it tries to do drama, it always feels so hammy and melodramatic to be taken seriously.

Grisaia no Rakuen so far also has been unimpressive. Yes, its first season was mediocre and mercilessly butchered each girls's story. But the second season is so dull with weak drama and backstories that seem trying too hard to make the protagonist as sympathetic as possible. At this point i'm considering to drop this too

So far, Kekkai Sensen and Arslan Senki are the top spring shows for me. The former just getting better and much better, where all the scattered plot points starting to weave themselves together. With the latter is quickly becoming an engrossing epic fantasy with large thematic story and badass battle reminiscence of Kingdom.

Ore Monogatari and Oregairu so far have been pretty consistent. While Ore Monogatari feels more like comfort food that can wash away all of my fatigue from work, the somber and melancholic Oregairu works in reverse; it gives me hard and complex feelings i need as catharsis of some sort.

Kyokai no Rinne and Owari no Seraph are so meh that i only watch them whenever i have nothing to do. Both shows are so overriden with shounen cliches, cardboard cutout characters, and forced drama that they sometimes makes me laugh for the wrong reason.

Everything else is decent.

Plastic Memories - Unfortunately a little dissapointing. The first two episodes were fantastic, the next two were good, and the next two were just cringeworthy. The comedy is extremely hit or miss, and the same goes for the drama. Tsukasa's and Isla's relationship, as well as Isla as her own character especially, are handled very well, but it seems to come at the expense of world-building and developing any of the other characters. If they keep the main lead's development up to par, I will still be happy, but otherwise not the masterpiece I hoped it to be.

Ore Monogatari!! - This is the actual masterpiece of the season. All three leads are wonderful characters, the romance is extremely cute and balanced, and it actually focuses in large part on the romance after the confession. Is probably going to be my AoTS as well as my favourite shoujo romance, and might also be my second favourite romance of all time.

DanMachi - I actually like this a lot more than many other people. I just dig the setting of a fantasy universe with game elements, no matter how little it is actually focused on. Yes, Bell is basically white haired Jesus-kun. Yes, it is annoying that literally every girl loves Jesus-kun. But I'm still enjoying it for some reason.

Shokugeki no Souma - Got a lot better as time went on. I wasn't a fan of the first three episodes, but I was quite hype for those latest two. Souma himself is a fun protagonist, but really nothing special. Erina pisses me off, and I'm more or less indifferent to all the other characters. Still, I signed up for good looking food, fast paced cooking, and over the top foodgasms, and that's what I got.

Dropped Punchline, Kyoukai no Rinne, Owari no Seraph, and Hibike! Euphonium. Kyoukai and Hibike! didn't have enough to keep me interested. Owari no Seraph is just awful, and Punchline seriously toned down it's craziness from the first episode and instead tried to focus on developing characters and shit and had weird drama, which did not work for me. I might pick up Hibike! and Punchline back at some point, but not anytime soon.

Kekkai Sensen - my favorite so far: original, immersive, stylish, etc. love the concept. love the characters. love the setting even more.

Shokugeki no Souma - ridiculously hype and entertaining... as a day 1 follower of the manga I'm satisfied

Yamada and the 7 Witches - really fun, solid adaption even if it's rushed

Owari no Seraph - pretty good imo... generic but entertaining, and the music and animation are so fucking good

Ore Monogatari - original concept, has a fair share of cute moments, and well done so yeah

Arslan Senki - decent, looking forward to see what happens

Hibike Euphonium! - the characters and charm were lacking at first but looks like it's gonna get better... animation is beautiful and the drama is there but it hasn't really hit me in the feels just yet

Kyoukai no Rinne - no it's not very good but classic 90s vibes and nostalgia from a classic manga author plus its kinda funny

Plastic Memories - i guess it's not mediocre but overall not living up to what i thought it could be from the first episode... the feels are somewhat on point but the generic MC with a forced harem developments and bad comedy... not so much

Puchline - stupid but funny

Triage X - more mindless fun

Dungeon ni Deai - whatever, typical RPG-esque LN with corny shit going on, kinda fun to watch though as expected

Denpa Kyoushi - lifeless and poorly done, shit adaption of the manga as well

Ninja Slayer - oh my buddha this is another Trigger classic

most of the sequel seasons have been on point like Gintama, JoJos, DxD, KnB, Oregairu, etc. f/sn has been mostly on point. also haven't dropped anything since that's not my forte.

I like all the sequels. UBW S2 has what I expected, Oregairu Zoku gives me my dose of 8man, Sidonia is adapting the part where the manga hooked me, and Nisekoi: is just fun, even though it's not fine art. This season, I'm also super pleased with Hibike! Euphonium for being a fun and pretty anime about concert band, Shokugeki no Soma for being a faithful and adept adaptation of the manga, and Punchline! for being crazy as hell. I also like I Can't Understand What My Husband is Saying 2 cause it's refreshing.

I have been relatively indifferent to Owari no Seraph, Danmachi, and The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan. I don't take any of them too seriously, because if I did, it would hamper my enjoyment. I'm liking Danmachi more than SAO since it doesn't pretend it's super intelligent or something. It's dumb, it knows it's dumb, and it has fun being dumb. Seraph's manga read to me like an inferior Blue Exorcist/Attack on Titan mashup with vampires, and Wit is the only reason I even involved myself with the franchise. It's decidedly aight. Nagato is cute, and as long as I think that's all that matters, I'll ignore all of the generic stuff that's there.

Other things? Well, Plastic Memories is pissing me off. The most recent Marcia arc was damn good, and then they go into workplace comedy and crap. I don't mind that, but none of the non-work stuff have anything to do with the cool setting. Naotaka Hayashi, the writer of Steins;Gate, peppered light moments in Steins;Gate appropriately, but here the tonal shifts are jarring. I like it enough to watch it more.

Kekkai Sensen did not hook me until the burger episode. I still think it's flawed, but those flaws would be very minor if I looked at it in a more holistic way. That's a show that can use another cour or a S2 to develop more.

And I'm really scared about Yamada-kun and the 7 Witches. So far (I haven't seen yesterday's episode yet) it's a really faithful and good adaptation of the manga (the voice acting is fucking amazing) but given the 1 cour nature I'm afraid some annoying speed-up or original shit will make it worse.

I ended up putting Denpa Kyoushi on hold because everything that wasn't Hiroshi Kamiya was breaking my heart in a million pieces. I like the manga and I was saddened by the first two episodes. I'll wait for the season to end and binge it to hope it improved somewhat.

I plan to pick up Ore Monogatari! eventually.

Also, Ninja Slayer is the best anime of this season, this year, and this decade.

The Good:

Arslan Senki - Very interesting, good, epic action, compelling characters and a story that keeps you guessing.

UBW - Godly animation with some nice cool scenes and lines but the plot is a bit disappointing - has a lot of potential but some scenes just do not stick right to me.

Kekkai Sensen - Very entertaining, crazy characters, amazing soundtrack and visuals, but the "plot" is all over the place. It's kind of like Space Dandy with some episodes being godly while others are a bit meh, but overall a solid show.

Souma - typical of shounen shows - nice "action" and cool moments, but it is still pretty slow, though it seems the tension will start building up soon, which I cannot wait.

Ore Monogatari - Started out incredibly cheesy, but from episode 3 onward, it's been really heartwarming and pleasant. I can't wait to see their romance develop and rooting for Suna to find happiness.

Disappointments:

Gunslinger Stratos: Interesting idea, but the plot is too random and nonsensical so far. The characters are also pretty bland - trying to make me care about them and not succeeding so far.

Owari no Seraph: Generic action show, which tries to rely too much on moe cliches, rather than a good story and characters.

DanMachi: Generic harem show with timid meek protagonist, which all the girls seem to like for some reason. I don't know why I expected more though.

Plastic Memories: The biggest disappointment of the season! It had so much potential with its great premise and production values but it focuses too much on generic cliches typical or a bad rom-com. The MC and all the male characters are pathetic, and most of the females are bitchy and annoying.

Hibike and BBB are saving the season right now, I will continue punchline in sometime and SNAFU S2 if I finish the light novels and anime, aslan maybe... So in the meantime burns the spring season due to overflow of regenerating shit shows by studios who don't know better to give us 16 kids shows, 8 ecchi harems and amazingly weak tittles such as Plashits Memories, Attack on titan in highschool and nisekoi forever.

What I really like

Ore Monogatari!!: I really enjoy this anime and love to watch each heartwarming episode.

Shokugeki no Soma: This anime is so funny and awesome. This is ecchi done right! FOODGASM/10

Kekkai Sensen: The wacky, random, but cool and entertaining atmosphere is so enjoyable. Great soundtrack and is visually pleasing. Can't wait for the next episode.

Fate/Stay Night UBW (TV) 2nd Season: Animation is god tier and since i'm a huge fan of Fate/Zero I just had to see this. I'm not a VN player but I really enjoy this. The plot isn't as great as Fate/Zero but I still like it.

Grisaia no Rakuen: I absolutely enjoyed Yuuji's backstory. What a great start! This recent episode though...Sweet bean jelly 0.o

Hello! Kiniro Mosaic: The cuteness of this anime will be the end of me XD

Disappointing

Punchline: Comedy is stale to me for some reason. Action is good at times. I am somewhat losing interest however and I lose my focus with this anime.

Nagato Yuki-Chan no Shoushitsu: It wasn't very interesting until Haruhi came back. Still not wholly impressed in anyway. Basically, I miss the charm of the Haruhi series and I'm not really a fan of this Nagato spin off. I still watch because it still has some entertainment value.

Gunslinger Stratos: I dropped it right away. Not interested or hooked at all whatsoever.

Favorite so far Yamada-kun to 7-nin no majo.
Best so far I'd say Oregairu.
Dropped denpa kyoushi, Arslan Senki, Ninja Slayer and Highschool DxD (it's kinda odd that I dropped it after 3 seasons, because anyone that watched it till this point probably love it, but it's been barely bearable for me). On the verge of dropping Kekkai Sensen. Originally dropped Ore Monogatari, but reconsidering that.

So far the season is quite decent, but lots of anime didn't quite hit the mark for me so it is a little disappointing.
I'm not a lolicon, you're just projecting your tendency to lewd 2D characters.

If your favourite character is Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko, you are my soul mate.

Been a long time since I've been here, I'll continue expressing myself freely and believe everyone should too.

Ore no Monogatari, Baby Steps and Kakkai Sensen are easily my favourite, and I have yet to drop any of the anime I started watching (which is 10). Will probably check the others out once most finish airing so I can marathon them.

Managed to stick with almost everything so far, my only drops were Owari no Seraph, Triage X and Punchline. Possibly Kekkai Sensen, which was very promising in the beginning but got really shit when the action arrived. Will give it one more chance later.

Favourites are readily available on my list, not going to contribute to a listing thread.

Triage X - It's dumb, ecchi

No it's not, to be ecchi, it would require the characters to look even remotely human, at best you can call it niche pornogrophy exclusively for balloon animal fetishists.

I'm dropping Arslan Senki for now since there's not much happening and the prince seems like a wuss.

You didn't seriously think a prince who lived in a strong and peaceful country for all his life acted like another typical shounen hero at his first war ever, did you?

I'm enjoying Ore Monogatari!! and Shokugeki no Souma atm. And I kind of put Dungeon and High School DxD on hold.

Haven't gotten around to watching UBW season 2 since I'm still stuck in season 1 (I haven't resumed watching yet, but will soon). And may try out Vivid since I've enjoyed the past Nanoha seasons, but I'll see.

Kekkai Sensen is simply the greatest thing I've seen in the past few years. It's dynamic, fun and is also introducing the audience to new ideas and concepts to the audience. One week, we have over-the-top action and comedy, next week, we have a slow paced chess-like game that gives the audience an insight on how libra gains its information and the next week, we get crushed with feels and burger. I haven't seen an anime like this in a very long time, and due to its fast pacing, awesome world building and epic direction (by your one and truly, Matsumoto Rie), my eyes are simply clustered with so many things that keep me interested only leaving me more.
The characters are all wacky and somewhat unique and different; you'll simply never find 2 characters which are alike. Don't even get me started on how amazing the OST's are. I'm really glad that the predicted sales for this anime is good, and hoping that its manga get's an awesome boost. Seriously, this series can't deserve anything less but a 10/10 from me (I'll admit this weeks episode was quite weak).

Shokugeki no Souma is an great adaptation from the manga, a strong 9/10, while I'm simply watching F/SN for the bantz, 6/10.

Put everything on-hold to work on some of my anime watching challenge anime but from what I've watched, Arslan Senki and Owari no Seraph I like the most. Shokugeki no Souma is making me want to finally read the manga.

I'm watching a lot this season, I haven't dropped anything yet and I probably won't. I've put Arslan and UBW S2 on hold as I feel like they benefit from watching in chunks rather than weekly and Arslan in particular is really slow.

Favorite of the season is easily Hibike! Euphonium, its a really nice laid back slice of life with very relatable characters. The music and especially the art and animation are top quality, I look forward to it every single week and I hope we get a second season.

What I'd give for everyone here to actually read the intro post.

Again, i wasn't asking EVERYTHING that you watched and dropped, just your favorites from the season, and what you ended up dropping in the middle of the season.

Watching

Kekkai Sensen is fantastic. Easily one of the best series in the entire season for its interesting characters, great fights, bizarre adventures and hilarious comedy. Fresh and every episode takes a life on its own. Definitely my second favourite anime this season.

Jojo Bizarre Stardust Crusaders Season 2 is getting really good right now with the show winding down. The crew is at it's final location and things are getting very intense. Must watch for me every Friday and tied for first with FSN.

FSN UB season 2 for the most part is great. There are some issues with logic involved and some story elements are not explained all that well but overall as a show I can't complain with the action. Beautiful animation as usual and the recent plot twist was quite shocking. Tied with Jojo as my favourite so far this season.

Nisekoi is good. That is all I can about it. Nothing about it is outstanding but I do enjoy the comedy and each new love related mishap gets better. Least favourite of all shows I am watching so far this season.

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku pretty good. Not a fan of the serious tone and a certain character isn't as good as last season but overall the show is still enjoyable too watch. Hachiman doing his thing is a treat and the show's visuals went up a few pegs. Better than Nisekoi.

Dropped

Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo. The show was interesting for like three episodes and then things just repetitive fast. The kissing thing was I thought supposed to be intimate and only between certain characters, yet he can do it anyone. Lame and then I just tired of it.

Shokugeki No Soma is just food porn. Funny but it only got tiring after a while. Dropped.
