| I think season 2 was better, but only by a smidge. For me, it's probably because Kaneki wasn't completely confused and unable to fight. Although I will say season 2 was more rushed, and I didn't like that all that much. |
| First season was more solid. Second season was all over the place, lacked cohesion, and left people going "Fuck this bullshit.. I just watched him walk for 5 minutes, and then they end it before the fight." So anti-climactic, it was almost funny. ALMOST. Season 2 left me more bitter, due to the fact that I was hoping the ending would make me feel better about Parasyte's shit end. Instead it compounded it. |

All their budget goes into Kaneki screaming and blood poring onto the floor at the end of conflict they barely showed as a result of an interaction they skipped over. But 10/10 for that +1 for people not thinking about what they are watching. This show is an action, drama. That relies on good fighting sequences and good character dialogue --> story. It fails in both as an anime which is why it deserves a sub par score. |

| In my opinion season 1 was the better of the two and after finishing the manga I'd say that they can't even compete with it. |

| Season 1 easily. I found myself bored through most of the second season and honestly relieved when I didn't have to watch it anymore. Not even sure what I will do about a Season 3 should it arise. |

Oh, I forgot butchered fights, even Yamori fight is peace of shit compared to the manga, if you really think that anime barely contained any anime only scenes, you are plain wrong, not me.Not to mention fucked up order of arcs and bullshit adaptations of Dove arc/Aogiri arc. Oh, but there are a lot of missing scenes in the anime. If you still think that I'm wrong, go and reread the fucking manga. |
