Damn, Titan domination!!!!!
I guess I should read the spin-offs, but I am not going to read the main Attack on Titan Manga, must wait for the second season first :3

I added Arslan Senki, P to JK, Ookami-heika no Hanayome, Youkai Apartment no Yuuga na Nichijou, Sonna Mirai wa Uso de Aru, Bungou Stray Dogs, and Trinity Seven: 7-nin no Masho Tsukai on my plan to read list :3

sould i give it a chance? i heard its just fanservice but no plot

it's a fighting manga, but with cooking instead of fighting. so, if you ok with that, go ahead.

Shokugeki no Shoma is actually not much different than your standard shounen action manga, with a bunch of crazy crap and nearly impossible techniques turned up to over ninety thousands. Just they use cooking to fight instead of their fist. All the popular titles in Jump have been that way for decades (be it action, sport, and even romcom), and it's actually very hard to find those more realistic/grounded ones. Though if you want more realistic cooking manga, try Yakitate Ja-Pan!

That said, the fanservice in the manga is actually pretty tame, though the "foodgasm" scene might throw some people out of their mind, considering that its artist, Saeki Shun (aka Tosh) is a former H-doujin mangaka.

I bought SnK vol 13 and the Levi gaiden special edition on the night it was released.. the line was huge with most ppl carrying vol 13! Lots of ppl couldn't pick between the two Heichou vol 1 editions of the gaiden... it took a long time for me to decide as well. I haven't read it yet, the Japanese girls in my office already asked me to lend it to them... SnK is really hugely popular in Japan now even among non-anime fans. I'm so excited I can fangirl about it at work!! now to convert them to Gintama xD
