@Azeneth Found a few that I have read and a few that I haven't, but seem to tick the boxes:
Have read:
Gate 7 - Great art, on hiatus though.
Hotarubi no Mori e - Short and Sweet.
Spice and Wolf - Either novel/manga, novel is finished manga is still publishing.

Haven't read:
Blood Alone - Still publishing, 34 chapters released.
Hana to Akuma - Completed.
Her Majesty's Dog - Completed.
Sarashi Asobi - Completed.
Superior - Completed, as is the Sequel.

Can someone recommend me some nice slice-of-life, with good romance, preferably that is completed and it's not too long?
Something along the lines of Onani Master Kurosawa, Molester Man, Welcome to the NHK and the like.
Thanks!

Some slice of life with romance:
Annarasumanara - web comic
Bitter Virgin - more school life than slice of life
Emma
Horimiya
Kamisama ga Uso wo Tsuku
Mahoraba

Just got finished reading not simple and I was so impressed, I added it to my favorites list. I am looking for something similar to it. I have read Apollo's Story, (my favorite manga, period), Deep Love series and Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan, (my second fave manga), just to give you an idea of what I'm specifically looking for. Thanks for your help.

Thank you both for your recommendations. If anyone else has read the manga I mentioned in my earlier post and knows of something of their nature, I would strongly appreciate more manga of that nature. Gracias.

You can try 7Seeds, Arisa, Houkago Hokenshitsu, Sekai no Hate. Also Variante artist’s another work - Satougashi no Dangan wa Uchinukenai…And by the way Variante feels a little out of place in that shoujo list :)

@HAMMERCHUCK
Baby Steps (tennis)
Haikyuu (volleyball - nice art, very cliche characters though)
Hajime no Ippo (boxing -long but chapters are fairly short, will take you a while to run out of content :P)
Holyland (mix of martial arts - street fighting)
One Outs (baseball - with a gambler twist)
Slam Dunk (basketball - delinquent/punk comedy)

If there are any sports you like in particular, you can find a manga on them :P even uncommon sports like lacrosse and water polo.

Berserk and Claymore are good action/supernaturals, but are a bit more serious than Rosario Vampire is. For something a little more light hearted, you might want to try Esprit, Lasboss x Hero, Mx0 or Witch Hunter.

@Noiren: Deep Love series,
Rec: Kimi ga Naita Hi,
Houkago Hokenshitsu (more or less)
and maybe Zekkyou Gakkyuu (it’s a horror manga with different story each chapter, some of them have happy endings, some don’t)
Also I haven’t finished but Sekai no Hate and Orange seem tragic as well…

Hello, i'm looking for a long running manga that i can get lost in. Preferably not something from the "holy trinity" a.k.a Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece, also not HunterxHunter. I'm not entirely too sure of a specific genre. The long running manga i've read are Katekyo Hitman Reborn, B Gata H Kei, Shaman King, The World God Only Knows, Rurouni Kenshin, Beelzebub, Soul Eater, Elfen Lied, Death Note, and D. Gray-Man. I ended up dropping Air Gear and Fairy Tail because they started to bore me. Also i consider "long running" to be anything over 100 chapters if that helps.

@awestruckvirus
Berserk
Claymore
Gantz
GTO
Historys Strongest Disciple Kenichi
Holyland
These are all action series, if you want something more relaxed, maybe try something like Bartender or Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou.
One a side note, you could start any of the holy trinity anytime really, One Piece isn't going anywhere anytime soon, Naruto and Bleach are in their final arcs, but that doesn't mean they will be finished in the next few weeks either. As for Hunter x Hunter, the manga is still held in high regard (and I like it too), but I think the art looks very simplistic, and the 2011 anime would be much more worth your time, if you wanted to invest yourself in that series.

Hi, I'm looking for a manga/manwha/webcomic that has a main character that loses despite trying their hardest. the loss doesn't have to be the main point in the plot, it can just be a part of it that effects him/her in a way. I'd prefer if it was over 30 chapters. Idk I guess I'm just looking for something to relate to.

This might be pretty specific
