| Just got finished reading not simple and I was so impressed, I added it to my favorites list. I am looking for something similar to it. I have read Apollo's Story, (my favorite manga, period), Deep Love series and Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan, (my second fave manga), just to give you an idea of what I'm specifically looking for. | @HAMMERCHUCK Baby Steps (tennis) Haikyuu (volleyball - nice art, very cliche characters though) Hajime no Ippo (boxing -long but chapters are fairly short, will take you a while to run out of content :P) Holyland (mix of martial arts - street fighting) One Outs (baseball - with a gambler twist) Slam Dunk (basketball - delinquent/punk comedy) If there are any sports you like in particular, you can find a manga on them :P even uncommon sports like lacrosse and water polo. |

| @awestruckvirus Berserk Claymore Gantz GTO Historys Strongest Disciple Kenichi Holyland These are all action series, if you want something more relaxed, maybe try something like Bartender or Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou. One a side note, you could start any of the holy trinity anytime really, One Piece isn't going anywhere anytime soon, Naruto and Bleach are in their final arcs, but that doesn't mean they will be finished in the next few weeks either. As for Hunter x Hunter, the manga is still held in high regard (and I like it too), but I think the art looks very simplistic, and the 2011 anime would be much more worth your time, if you wanted to invest yourself in that series. |
