As for Last Exile, I've shared my thoughts on that already: it's a bit of a whore. It's great that it's getting rereleased for people who give a damn in yankland, though.

So, so far, 3 are complete crap and the other 2 aren't 'drop your pants and spank the monkey in public' good. The last 5 HAVE to be better, surely...

And Viz is much worse than Funi. They put various projects on-hold and probably never plan on picking them up again (ex. what Maora said about Full Moon). Besides as far as I know Funi hires the VA for most/all of Viz's projects. [Though I might be wrong about that >.>]

They seem to only care about their biggest licenses (Naruto, Bleach, Death Note). Anything else gets pushed to the wayside or forgotten (Hikaru no Go, Fullmoon, etc.).
