Monster .. resembles exactly the story type I like ... with its dark side .. and with its plot that makes u think about its mysteries .. and when I say similar to it I dont mean the story similarities ( doctor, japanese, hospital, twins .... ) ... I mean the story type similarities ( Mystery, Drama, Horror, Police, Psychological )..My fav anime ever is Steins;Gate ... and also Death Note was one of the best Ive seen .. I Dont mind emotional aspects of a story too .. If someone can recommend something for me to watch .. that would be great :) .. thx in advance =3

Maybe you should check out the anime Another! I think you will like it :).
Also i think Psycho-Pass fits your description although i'm not sure, still worth a check though. :D

Try Boogiepop Phantom,Ergo Proxy, and... let's see... I'm gonna throw Texhnolyze in here too, despite it being fairly action oriented.

If you're looking for movies Perfect Blue and Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade come to mind.
