Got PW recovery problems in the last two weeks, at some point i have given up on the recovery option and searched in the forum. I got the confirm that in the past some provider blocked MAL Automatic mails for recovery or cofirmation.

After getting sure that not one of the 25 attempts i did to recover my PW got lost in the Spamfolders i launched that Mibbit client and texted to Luna. It needet a bit of Time because i was logged in via VPN from Work to my own PC at Home and needet on some points to go AFK there.

But in the End it cost me nothing but 4 to 5 hours and it was mostly my own Fault.

I did it in the Chat, but i want to do it more proper.

@Auracity: I removed the other account and renamed the second account you made, that should be the easiest solution. You can change the email in your settings if you want to change it.

@minzara: I changed the email so you can request a new password now. I will remove the new account when you're back to the old one.

Hello,

A user of the iMAL app can no longer access his account. It seems like the API has recently changed and no longer accepts unauthorized accounts (didn't verify their email address).
He has forgotten which email address is associated with his account. Could you please activate his account so he can change his email address or change his email address directly?

I can't access my account for the second time. For years it was this one (ersinb), until last year I couldn't access it anymore. So I created another one (ersinb37) and transfered all my shows one by one. Now that (ersinb37) account isn't accessible and this one miraculously is, but the other one is my updated one.

Hence, I would want to recover this one:

@erugaso: Some email programs or browsers add a whitespace before or after the actual word when you copy it. So make sure there is no whitespace before/after. (Or just type it yourself to be really sure)

I'm not sure how to fix this, I forgot my password and can no longer sign in. The recovery through email option is out of the question since I deleted the original email adress long ago.
Is there any way to change the email associated to my old account/username to the one I registered the account I am currently posting from? Then I can request a password change. I've been a memeber since 2008 and I don't want to lose everything...
