This has probably been done before but I haven't seen it so ayyy.
I usually listen to bands and artists like Twenty One Pilots, Melanie Martinez, The Neighbourhood, ISSUES, Bring Me The Horizon, Pierce the Veil, Motionless In White, Slipknot, My Chemical Romance, In This Moment, Of Mice & Men ect... Butttt there are some artists most people don't really expect me to listen to and honestly I'm lowkey ashamed of it myself.
What are some musicians you can't help but love? (Maybe one of my favorite musicians listed above is your guilty pleasure? x3)

For me its:
Katy Perry's first album: "One of The Boys" I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHY
Metro Station in general
Nicki Minaj's song: "Your Love"
Bruno Mars in general
Halsey in general
DJ Snake's songs: "You Know You Like It" and "Lean On"
J Cole's album: "2014 Forest Hills Drive"

To me, a guilty pleasure is basically what I'd consider a teeny bit embarrassing to listen to. I focus more on individual songs than the artists themselves.

there is soo much.. i actually really enjoy some songs from The Backstreet boys, K3, Guus Meeuwis, Eminem, O-zone, etc.
also like eurodance: Aqua, Captain Jack, Toy Box, Vengaboys, E-rotic,
and older dutch pop music (80's Nederpop), this one i really dont feel guilty about at all, but people just really dont expect it. stuff like Doe Maar, Toontje lager, Het Goede Doel.

I like to listen all types of musical genres until it is good, but I think that my guilty pleasure would be death and black metal, because it is an extreme course of heavy metal music, and it is not a thing to be proud of in my society....But yeah, I kinda like it. :D
Of course, I am not a hardcore fan...

I've been addicted since last year to "Flower" and "Seacret". And I am breathtaken over "Film A Moment".
I haven't listened to many of his songs, because his style~ it's dark and intensely emotional but pure, coming from the soul. "Film a Moment" is too intense, I've only listened to it twice. And yet the intensity is mixed with gentleness, because of the breathy falsetto. Charming. Lots of ambiguity in the lyrics, too, which give his songs mysterious beauty. Ethereal and yet heavy. Besides the voice and lyrics, the music is always an auditory and mental treat and luxury.

80s Nederpop is great, only thing that sort of sucks about it is how some stuff sounds dated now. <3 Doe Maar

I think they are actually a decent band, wouldn't call guilty pleasure, but hey, to each his own. As for my answer, I sometimes listen to some new metal, but very rarely, mostly because of nostalgic reasons.

Katy fucking Perry. When I was 14 I had a huge crush on her. I'll admit that Teenage Dream is a pretty shit album in retrospect, but back then I listened to it on repeat constantly. Same with One of the Boys, though I grew out of her music by the time Prism rolled around.

I still like to put on one of her songs every now and then though. It's very nostalgic.
