| very nice episode again, especially for those loli-lovers among the audience I guess ;-) though once again, Senjougahara made no appearance at all, but I sure hope she will come more often in Tsubasa Cat next week! and if Tsubasa Cat gets done in 2 episodes, I really hope we can learn a bit more about Shinobu in the left 3 episodes. Anyone knows what those 3 episodes will actually be about? |

| I love the new OP and the first half of the episode is nicely done. However, there are too many stills in the second half of the episode and the animation looks clearly unfinished, making it seem almost like a picture drama. Scheduling problems? Maybe it's because SHAFT is doing both Bakemonogatari and Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei in the same season. I'm a bit disappointed and hope it gets fixed in the dvd when it comes out. Nadeko arc deserves better. |

| I didn't really like this on seemed like the talk and the anime didn't match up. just a bunch of scenes with talk going on. like the sky all the time at the end. just my lil opinion. |

Producer Shaft has previously been the subject of derision after it was revealed that the company is in dire and constant danger of failing to meet its production deadlines, presumably due to a lack of staff – in fact the company advertises on its website the fact that it is “urgently” recruiting animators. Fans are hoping the missing scenes and incomplete animation will be restored/finished in the DVD version, but even so this hardly augurs well for future Shaft productions… Source |

It's strange you are 10 episodes in to a series that really bores you. I usually drop series after 2 or 3 episodes if they bore me. And the dialogue makes the show. You can call it pointless but you can call a lot of dialogue pointless just for the sake of entertainment (Lucky Star's dialogue). |
| The novels and even the anime shows use dialogue to progress the story. Since there's usually a lot of talking in each episodes, SHAFT use random screens to make it less boring. It's being creative. It's not a harem, he just meets girls with oddities that he helps with. Most of them don't fall in love with him and they don't follow him around saying 'Oniichan~' |

| Hm, I could've predicted this. I liked the episode though, it didn't have as much impact as previous ones but I still enjoyed it. The OP was almost too cute, nice artwork as well in this episode. |

| The animation aside I thought this arc had some interesting points. Besides Araragi's school swimsuit fetish there was some changes to the way things have gone so far. This time while the war was won Araragi failed to save every person involved. He, Kanbaru, Nadeko, and the girl that cursed her are all fine. But since the one snake got away the guy who cursed Nadeko won't have such a rosy fate. Of course he put a curse on person out of spite. Still it was a hard loss for someone that thinks like Araragi does. It was the right move by Kanbaru and hard on her since she is the one who stopped Araragi from trying to deal with the snake any further. Anyways I hope they can finish the episodes from here on out since this time it was pretty bad. Still the OP was nice and here's hoping we get more Senjougahara as we go into the last part of the show. |
| I loved the new OP, but this arc felt rushed, incomplete and halfassed. The first arc had 2 eps too but it was worlds apart. I was a bit sad about the repeating animation (however it was still exciting), I hope it will be fixed on the DVDs. With all that said, some people are incapable to understand what this show is about, even after 10 eps.. |
| Another good episode. I am really impressed by the constant level of this show. There has yet to be an episode that is boring. That said I have some mixed feelings with this one. The last part felt really intense and it was very original and awesome but I seriously had the feeling they were skimping more on animation than usual. I felt like there was a need for a bit of animation here and there and not just still images. Even for SHAFT there is a limit. I also thought it was a bit rushed in the end. What about the 2nd snake which still sticked to her? She was magically gone at the end? That said all in all I liked that episode and I still feel that this is this season's best show. The end dialogue between Kanbaru and Koiomi was especially great with him finally understanding that you can overdo helping others. 2 episode arc was a bit surprising but that can only mean better things to come. The new OP reminded me a bit of the snail arc OP and clearly indicated that Nadesko is in love with Koiomi. But it can't beat the first OP. I still don't get the relationship between Kanbaru and Koiomi, though. I mean she is homosexual, so she can't have romantic feelings for him? |

| Interesting ep. But the cut scenes are starting to piss me off. Meh.. anyone else here hating the anime Opening music as well? As a viewer you get forced to watch horrible opening theme (you guys probably love it). Like for example the death note opening theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7IL1dcrSXw Almost fucking dropped the show becuz of it. Just becuz of the opening. I prefer the creators (in general) would throw less "J-pop" crap at the viewers. And 'cast' suitable opening themes that adds up some atmosphere in the show. Like for example this opening/ending that added some hysterical atmosphere to the show "Welcome to Nhk". But the current J-pop crap openings in Bakemonogatari.. probably sells better.. Bleh! |
| Disliking the new Opening. Being experimental is fine but they clearly overdid things in this episode and somehow, I have a feeling, the show is going down a little. |

| Besides if one hates the new OP there isn't a need to make a big deal about it. Since the arc is over we're never going to see that one again anyways. | A good episode *in concept*. The overuse of stills in the second half was irritating and overdone. I love this show, but if the rest is going to degrade into a still-fest like this episode, things will not look good. Honestly, I wish they exerted more effort into this, than the new SZS. I did love the OP though, it's too cute. |

| The fucking splash screens are ridiculous. They make up over half the action sequence! They might as well just give us a sideshow of what happened. Hell I'd prefer it over this piece of shit. Shows are supposed to entertain the viewer, not frustrate them to the point of throwing the monitor out the window. Worst episode so far. |

| Well, this episode wasn't bad, but it still seems pretty weak even in comparison to last weeks. This whole arc felt rushed and I think it's the weakest arc out of all of them so far. A lot of it was probably that I just couldn't really give a shit about Nadeko, while the main characters in the other arcs were far more interesting. Hopefully Tsubasa Cat will turn things around, but it seems unlikely they need 5 episodes for it, so I wonder if there will be a Koyomi Vamp arc at the end after all. |

| Well kinda annoying with the missing scenes. Now I understand why Araragi still has some vampire blood left is because he won't abandon Shinobu, which make me curious for the reason why and what happened to him that made him an oddity. |

| Limited animation at its best (huh or is it worst?). This arc was as short as it was boring, nothing much happened, and what happened had already been said and done in the previous arcs. Also no Senjougahara - THE main point of interest of the series -, which means less interesting 9th and 10th episodes. Oh and as previously said, animation AND direction were below average (for the first and last time I hope, since they were the two other strong points of the show). Oh and once again, I totally agree with some comments on the fact that Bakemonogatari is overrated. It's barely in my top 5 of the season. |

| Oh so that's what those "cut due to circumstances" were. It's an original way to put it at least, and it didn't really bother me. You people are spoiled anyway, cry more. Despite those scenes, I liked this episode and arc, not the best one but not too boring either. It probably also made all the loli-sis-con people happy. ^^ |
