| Okay, I won't lie, last week when Aizen started saying everything Ichigo had done was playing into his hand, I wasn't very impressed. But now I have to say, I'm kind of loving how Kubo's subverting the shounen trope of having the opponents get progressively stronger and stronger as the hero does by saying that Aizen was pulling the strings the whole time. Also: FUCK YES, ISSHIN-PAPA. |

| Oooh the whole chapter I kept thinking "What a good manipulative bastard Aizen is". If its true or not, whatever he says makes them shake. I'm starting to think he's a great antagonist, still, I think the 'omg I planned everything from the beginning' is crap. Also, I wanted Aizen to tell him directly but I guess Isshin appearing was cooler >:D Panels may be a waste but I love how Kubo plays with them. |
