| I'm hopeful to see Shinji rescue Asuka considering mama Eva seems to have broken the bakalite before Asuka's battle has finished. Even if Asuka dies Shinji seems a lot more confident this time around compared to EoE, where he was all broken. It would be nice to have an alternate ending, considering how much I love the original ending I'd like to have something new. |

Lol I started reading Evangelion thinking that the manga had finished XD The reason why its hella slow is because Sadamoto hasn't spent much time into actually finishing it. It started shortly before the show actually aired and he only wrote like 4 chapters each year and put it on hiatus often for a couple years. I read that he is supposedly working on the last chapters as we speak and should come out when Eva 3.0 is released. I really hope the ending of the manga will be an alternate one from the tv( Sadamoto stated in an interview that he wants it to have a "happy ending" opposed to a sad one), so we can only hope for now. |

| Shinji knows how to make an epic entrance. In the "End of Evangelion" it is implied that Asuka was killed after that battle, but here Shinji saved her. Things might take a different route now |

| Glad to see Shinji intent on saving Asuka. Things might get different here from the movie, which I have no qualms about. Berserk Asuka is always fun to watch. |

| One of my faves as well. The action in the manga is much better than the animated counterpart. So badass. |
