Submitted my gifts! Is it normal that I can still open the Google form?

Submitted today but the page strangly lagged, does my gift safely arrived to north pole or does I need to resend it? :D

I sent in my gifts a couple of days ago, ive not gotten a confirmation if it was 'accepted' or not.
I assume it was OK since ive not heard anything back? Since if there was some issue with it id hope I would have been contacted so that I could sort it out.
Not that I think there was any issues, I checked each segment of the form several times before sending it.

Hello not sure where to reach out to about fixing my gift, I replied to the elf, but will anyone receive my message that way?

This will be my 4th year. I have yet to gift to someone who has actually watched ANY of the recommendations. I gave 2 recs the first year, then 3 the second, and then 5 last year. You can't tell me they couldn't be bothered to watch a single one. It's so incredibly disheartening.

On a side note I always find it hilarious when people say "No" to the gift being on their PTW when the PTW is super long. One I found today has 1,176 PTW and 216 Completed.

How does this work? I've always wanted to join one of the top announcement events, but I don't usually understand the information on the front page. Can someone briefly explain to me? Thanks in advance

@Aiz_Kag Every year something changes about how Secret Santa works. This year, we had to complete a survey for anime / manga / image categories. Then copy/paste the result in a post on the threads for the event. The way this works is, you sign up with the form in question (there's a deadline), then the elves (MAL staff on specific accounts) send you DMs with further instruction. You get the username of someone who signed up, that's the person you're making a gift for. Then, you either recommend anime or manga or make a GFX for them, depending on which categories you signed up for. Then you send the gifts to the elves and they'll send them to the recipients under a deadline. Secret Santa is simple as an event. I'm actually confused about the Halloween event lol I never participated in that one because of this and because searching for clues on the website is not my definition of fun.

@iluvmozu Since all gifts will be sent out manually (over 3000 gifts!!), it can take a bit until everyone gets their present once the elves start sending PMs. I'd say up to an 1 hour delay between gifts can happen, so no worries if a friend got theirs and yours isn't in your box yet, for example!

Gifts have not been sent out yet (there were a lot of backup gifts to make to jump in for missing santas), but I think they should be on time. No specific time known yet, so thanks for the patience.
