| And here I thought Garling couldn't look worse. He had to pull up with the homies to finish off 0.1HP Rock's. That's the champion of God Valley. Oda definitely managed to make him despicable, yet not necessarily all in a good way. Now I understand why Oda wrote Whitebeard, Linlin and Kaido to be so dense. If they stayed they would've packed the Holy Bums. And it definitely leaves a bad taste when Roger and Garp put in all the work to defeat a goated character like Rock's. This makes his death even sadder. RIP legend. This character was a blast similar to Oden. First ever interaction between Garp and Dragon on screen. Garp redeemed himself. I still think that his reaction in the Kuzan flashback really doesn't match with how he was portrayed here. In this chapter he seems somewhat ashamed and understanding of Dragon. Rightfully after witnessing what the WG is like. When hearing about his son becoming a revolutionary he was so pissed, tho. This should've been handled better. The Garp and Sengoku conversation was so much better on the other hand. There's still the issue with Garp while saving Ace apparently didn't do anything to help the several pregnant women, mothers and innocent children who got killed 😠Harald is suffering from the same "fool" syndrome Oden did. He wants to atone and give his people a chance. He means well, but he's also being too naive and clueless about who he's dealing with there. Should've joined Xebec. |

| Yeah Garling and the God Knights generally are such losers tbh. Introduced to be a troop of dishonorable punch bags. I alrdy thought that Harald would remove his horns for joining the World Gouverment, but hoped that he'll do that in rage of Xebecs death. After the legendary Xebec Arc i hope we will get fast through the 3min how you killed Harald Loki Flashback to see the present and hopefully the Strawhat Crew who wipes the floor with this God Knights. Edit after reading full chap: I hoped to see the marines reaction how Gaban safed Garp haha too bad. That Harald cried for Rocks also a good point for his character in summary, that removes imo the reservations against him, that he's a Gouverment Dog. |

| Interesting to see how Garp easily accepted Dragon leaving the Marines, I never pictured it going that way but it makes sense with how things went And after a tremendous detour, we're finally back to the focus of this flashback! |
| When your teammates do 99% of the damage but you steal the kill. That's Garling in a nutshell. Rocks was only around for like, 10 chapters but has already earned himself a place amongst my One Piece GOATs. RIP to that legend. I didn't expect the full God Valley Incident to be embedded within this Harald flashback but it sure did deliver. Showcased a goated character and gave us some of the series' best chapters. Man I feel bad for Harald. And now here he is prostrating himself in front of the government, all for that to lead to what we know will eventually happen to him. |

| Rocks was such an awesome character and the Knights are such pushovers (pretty in line with the pettiness of the tenryubito). Nice to see that Garp did a couple of good things. |

| Damn, Harald's determination is really fascinating thing to behold. Next level commitment. Garp's and Dragon's conversation, while somewhat underwhelming, was also hilarious. 😂 |
| Oda really off-screened Roger's 2nd and 3rd in command vs God Knights? But... that ending was so good, I hope we can get some more of Harald. |
