| 3 year timeskip and it looks like Light reached the level and is ready for his revenge mission. It's been part of his life goal so this episode sets him on that path with a party and ambition. I found this episode kinda goofy but the Mei/Nazuna chemistry is cute. So many maids in this show though. I underestimated them. |

| So, this episode introduces all the new characters after a three-year time skip of Light building his kingdom after spamming his gacha nonstop. It's Chapter 2 of the manga + 2 SOL side stories from the LN. The first revenge begins next episode, and then it's plot/story all the way. If you want to know what happened during the three-year time skip, it's told in flashback later in the manga from Chapter 71. Not sure if it will be animated or not, so you might spoil yourself. |

But I find it kind "a waste of time", because we're suppose to move to the first good parts(First Revenge), not sightseeing on MC's kingdom. One week was like can't wait until spoilers arrive.

| Well, that was just a bad episode, so bad for me i had to skip about half of it to make it to the end..... I am a manga reader and am upto date with it - its been a while since i read the start but i dont remember it being that goofy. The short maid of the 4 reminds me of Adenela from Cautious Hero. If it does not improve next episode them im done. |

| Okay I didn’t understand the low rating after the first episode, but this second one was really disappointing. So bro went from being weak as fuck to having a harem or horny maids, his own kingdom, all these OP summons that serve him and being super confident. We skipped all the character and world building moments that would make a story like this good. Not to mention the comedy stuff with the maids didn’t hit at all to me and was just cringe. I have zero appreciation for anything he built because I haven’t seen how he did it or anything he had to overcome. Dunno if this is how it went in the LN, but that’s whack. The revenge won’t even feel satisfying now lol. And why would you spend an entire episode on a side story about the maids when you only have one cour to tell this story lol |

There’s quite a large bit of wiggle room in between skipping to him being a god in episode 2 and waiting for season 2 to start the revenge and you know that. Also to your previous comment defending the author, that being in the LN doesn’t make it good. The fact you have ONE anime in your list and it’s failure frame as your top 1 all time means you’re likely a bot so I won’t be engaging lol |

| I really liked this. reminds me of start of overlord. Its jun and has character building and there is actually a bit of thought to the charcters and who they are. I know alot are hating on bla bla bla but I thought a lot of other animes were story lacking and way to rushed. Its a mix of emenence in shadow and overlord with a gatcha game. Figures after the magic levels went down there would be a lot of lower random items and things so in the context of he cant control what he pulls makes sence there are a ton of extras and lower level summons. Someone actually thought that out. So far it beating the horrible animation and dragon on campfire cooking. |

| @iskakunn I haven't red the Manga, but after I've seen 2nd episode I have no doubt it is 5(Average) or less Is there a reason for this HUGE time leap from 1st episode end and 2nd episode beginning? I clearly see that important piece of character development was thrown in the garbage bin 🚮 |

| As much as i'm a fan of this series, they really put the slice of life segment in a bad spot for the series, though i'm not sure they could put it anywhere else. Next chapter should, provided they don't water it down, bring what fans are looking forward to. @iskakunn This chapter didn't even introduce half the named ones, just the most powerful ones. If this follows the original story we should get some info on the last 3 years in future episodes, as much as this slice of life part feels out of place, i'm not sure where else they could put it so it was probably the best place to put it if they didn't omit it completely. |
