If others had similar concern for their body and actually cared enough to improve something, or use supplements, eat better etc. I’m sure more people would feel healthier. Plus you’re really knowledgeable when it comes to diets in general which also comes in handy. So far; end of September and beginning of October, it was around 15 degrees for me, right now sitting at 10 degrees. Seems like next week will be of similar temperatures. Feels like a really sudden drop in a way. Oh, 20.5, that’s on the colder side somewhat. It’s 21.5 in mine and a normal thickness blanket seems enough for now. 30 in summer…I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, but you can safely say that you’re properly taking care of yourself. Something rare these days. |

| @charnel That you may only find out when you get another chance, but I would advise against it. Yes, I haven't had a soft drink in like over a decade or something I still count myself as somewhat "lucky" for having parents. While I can cook some basic meals myself, I wouldn't be too sure that I would do all the stuff like planting own vegetables and doing salads or making Sauerkraut and other stuff myself. The knowledge doesn't help if it doesn't get applied. I'm mostly doing actions to preserve my current energy and state, but not really to make myself feel more lively. It's going to stabilize around 10-20°C for a while now here. Actually, I had been (and partially still am) used to just 18.5°C inside so it makes handling colder temps outside easier. I don't heat more in my car in winter, either. Well, 30 in summer has become a rarity and if I wanted to, I could just have an empty bedroom downstairs with AC Only half-hearted and more to preserve the energy and to avoid pain. | I guess I’ll try to paint a scene but only to better illustrate what happened So I was on my way to school like normal, except my Dad was driving me today since it was raining pretty bad. I mean REALLY HARD, which is a bit unusual, usually it’s more of a light drizzle. But this morning it was raining, and since it was still very early it was dark so the visibility was low and the roads are slippery. We were driving through this one crosswalk. I’m not sure how to describe it but I use it every day to get to school, many of my friends do and in general if you live close to the high school you’ll use the crosswalk to get there. It’s on a pretty busy road, (only 2 lanes) and there’s like a tiny island in the middle. To cross it you hit this button and yellow light start flashing to let cars know you’re walking or biking through there. They’re like a yellow color, and they’re on the edges (there used to be 2 in the middle but they removed them idk why) Even when the lights are on cars tend to try to get through even if you’re walking, particularly if they’re on the other half, they tend to speed to try to make it before you. It’s unfortunately pretty common. Well we were waiting for some kids to cross so we could turn, and this one kid I’ve known since 4th grade, is biking across the area. He doesn’t hit the button, because two kids before him had hit it so the lights were still flashing even though they were already across. He starts going through and about halfway through this car just slammed into him. He was on the ground Honestly I can’t say exact details since I wasn’t incredibly close. I had a clear view but I was like 5-7 meters away My best friend was also walking to school and in the same area so she ran over to help him The car didn’t even do that, they just sped off When I asked him later he said they didn’t even ask if he was OK. This was an ADULT Before they sped off I tried taking a picture of the license plate but the angle was really bad since a lamp post was blocking it. Luckily the injuries weren’t fatal since the car hadn’t gained enough acceleration (thank god) but it wasn’t like a light tap either The craziest part was that he stood up and still went to school??? Like after it happened he was just trying to get out of there, but he was limping pretty bad when I saw him at school so I doubt he got out of there unscathed. Even if physically it’s not that bad mentally he must be going through a lot I think it’s impossible to describe what happened in my head, or properly capture how the situation felt I mean I’m terrified of going to school on Monday and having to use that crosswalk It’s also like… you hear all these things happen but in my head I guess I always thought it wouldn’t happen to me or people I know? Idk how to explain it but it was a horrific experience.
