I feel like nominating two supporting characters from the same show is not a good idea because it splits the vote.

Gonna be funny if it wins best English voice with all the hate I've seen for how the dub decided to do Frieren's voice.

Average anime fans do not consume much. This means hidden gems do not exist in these awards.

by far the most overrated anime i have ever seen, not saying it's bad it was pretty good i enjoyed it, a solid 8/10 but definitely not AOTY worthy

Crazy how people think Frieren's writing is any different than solo leveling. Both shows are a self-insert power fantasy except one is for women (Frieren) and the other is for men (Solo Leveling). Both protagonists act cold and "edgy" during fight scenes and easily overpower their enemies. Both shows have a exam arc where the protagonist is able to flex their power.

The echo effect go brrr with this show. Somehow Frieren fans have managed to convince themselves that their show is so much more different, unique, and mature than other power fantasy shows.

@XDXDXDDXDXDXDXD So was Sung Jin-woo when his mother woke up. By edgy, I mean like when Frieren tells Aura to kill herself which I felt like was done mostly to act cool; she could have killed Aura with an attack spell like a normal person, but I guess that would be boring.
