Very good television special! Cute stories through two well produced episodes which added little to the series story, but gifted us fans more of Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki cuteness and their lovely relationship with Fuutarou.

Considering this was about Futaro and Yotsuba's honeymoon, basically nothing about these two episodes made it feel like they are actually married. Nor, for that matter, does it feel like anything has changed since their time as teenagers when they all loved Futaro. I mean ffs, the married couple don't even sleep in the same bed as each other!

It's pretty clear they just wanted to do more slice-of-life fluff with these characters, which is fine, but at least have them act like the married couple they are and have the other Quints act accordingly rather than having everyone act exactly the same as they did before marriage. It's particularly disappointing in that regard, because I don't feel like the manga did enough with their relationship as a married couple either.

Everything about these two episodes was beautiful and memorable, except for the poor graphics and design... Especially compared to the first season, which was great.

So Their English is indeed so fine that I can't stop laughing.

It was incredibly nostalgic to see the Nakano sisters pull off their double-ganger looks again! It brought back memories of the first season when they all impersonated Yotsuba to sneak into the exam after being late.

This time, their collective effort was focused on helping Lily succeed in her love life. Watching them switch places and playfully fumble through English as they tried to communicate was genuinely heartwarming. Each quintuplet contributed to building Lily's confidence, teaching her how to open up and confess to her crush. It was amazing to see how each sister, with Futaro's subtle assistance, tackled the situation in their unique way. Their English conversations, a delightful blend of Japanese and English, were certainly a highlight and provided some hilarious moments!

The Hawaii trip might be over, but the return to Japan brought another clever plan from Futaro. He initially intended for the sisters to continue switching places to solve their individual problems. However, in a display of true determination and growth, they chose to face their challenges head-on, which was even more impactful to witness.

And last, one minute was totally dedicated to their honeymoon gift from none other than our Uesugi-kun to Yotsuba.

Really enjoyed this anime a lot from the get go i.e. Season 1.

Honestly, I couldn't have imagined that what was supposed to be a “honeymoon” could be written in such a boring way, with characters who don't seem to have outgrown their teens.

Is this how you imagine the relationship of a married couple? Flirting with your wife's twin sisters?

Alright episodes, nothing much I guess. It was cool to see more Nino, clearly she was best girl and had more attention in these specials, which I enjoyed.

I was thinking they wouldn't swap, it would completely defeat the purpose of all their progress of becoming individuals up to this point. Glad to see that's exactly what happened.

I am also pretty disappointed in the lack of romance between the married couple on their honeymoon of all things. Like I get all 6 of them going, and I definitely get that hard romance is not Negi's specialty, but it does leave me wanting for more canon romance, particularly from one of the rare instances where a couple is actually established and gets married.

It's so fun seeing this honeymoon now being about helping this girl be successful in her love life, switching from sister to sister, trying to understand and speak English, and I honestly found it a treat hearing Miku speak a little English since she's my favorite quint! I even love that Futaro had each sister switch places to help solve their problems, what a plan by the mastermind haha😂, but instead they wanted to solve them themselves shows true determination for growth!!

Gonna be honest, I’m glad we got more TQQ content, but I kinda disliked the Lily girl, I was hoping for it to focus on the actual honeymoon instead of them just helping a foreigner the whole time y’know?

Nah, bro...

Cinema, just cinema.

I loved it, it almost seemed like it was a normal episode, but within it you can see the results of the characters' development, without a doubt a very good special.

Fuutarou's idea of changing places was very XDD but I'm glad that in the end the girls decided to go their own way, doing things for yourself is the only thing that makes you grow as a person.

Dont get me wrong, i love to see all the quintuplets together again and do things together, but i want to see more romance between fuutarou and yotsuba instead of helping this random girl, and where's the honeymoon part???, this doesn't feel like a honeymoon at all 😭😭

It's all good from S1, S2, special 1, and Movie. But in my opinion, special 2 is just an messed up. They just keep pushing the harem things and almost forgot about the honeymoon between Yotsuba and Fuutarou.

Also, i can barely understand with his idea to switch them when they approach Lily, but why he's thinking it was a good idea to switch Yotsuba (his wife) with her siblings to meet his grand parents... 😔😭

I really love these series until the movie, i'd rate 8 or 9/10. But if i included special 2, i'd drop it to 4/10.

In this special, it didn’t feel like those two were married at all. Pretty sure the author was sipping wine while writing this special.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, But they didn’t even show a kissing scene at the wedding in the movie—Except for the brief moment they censored it when the season started. Kinda disappointing.

Liked the first episode, but this episode and the little girl... not my cup of tea.

I found the little girl and her "english" very hard to watch. Anyways, two cute episodes for the quintuplets which I miss dearly. Seeing Ichika again was a blast.

Futaro and Yotsuba were never meant to be...It's clear come on, how do you make a story where they have been married for years without a single romantic scene between them, not to mention that it was supposed to be an honeymoon...

This is up there with the worst specials of all time.
At the beginning I thought it would go in the direction of having Fuutarou realize that he can't be taking care of all the quintuplets anymore and that he's now supposed to focus on Yotsuba and let the others live their lives. It had a good set up for this: Fuutarou was oblivious that the other girls were making time for him to be alone with Yotsuba, their problems were absolutely minor things, and it seemed like Yotsuba was a bit nervous about their honeymoon night.
But we went int he completely opposite direction: Fuutarou is still somehow responsible for all of them, any hint of romance between Fuutarou and Yotsuba is forbidden, and the entire gang waste the second they of their precious vaccation trip helping one single random girl figure out a date plan. And to top it off, the very last plan Fuutarou has in this series includes having Miku play the role of his wife because apparently Yotsuba is unable to go through an entire meal with Fuutarou's grandparents without screwing up.
Absolutely ridiculous and insulting.
Everything in this specials from the moment the girls' father starts getting Fuutarou drunk for no reason onwards is the absolute worst this series has ever been.

@Luciodioc__ This is their honeymoon trip. They haven't been married for years. Just a correction, not trying to excuse this trainwreck of a special.
