| Gooned out ass episode lmaooo, but nothing like a spa day to get your mind right and break a driving PR! Very funny episode with my golfing lesbians. Minami forgoing her studies to practice golf almost cost her big time! S/O Izumi sensei coming in clutch with the reviews. Goonbait aside, of which there was a ton.. animators def like Haruka’s lower body strength 😂, this was a really cool episode because it showed a holistic approach to improving as a golfer. Ayaka focuses on the spiritual and mental stuff with mediation and yoga, while Haruka is a muscle training guru who believes in honing your body to the max. Both are important to improve as an athlete! Very proud of Minami for hitting her first 100 yarder, the fact she sucks and just keeps working hard to improve makes me wanna root for her even more. It’s so relatable to have the MC not know much about the sport and suck at first lol. I wanna try golf now. |

| It is a really bad idea to do weight training for your very first time the day before playing golf. I'm guessing the writers have not done weight training before, lol. I've never done yoga, but even that for the first time would likely leave you super sore the next day. All that aside, I really liked how Minami was talking about her new club. I always treated my favorite club (golf) and bat (baseball) like it was a living entity. It is a common morale boosting and focus technique to feel like you and a partner are taking on a task together, as opposed to you and a metal stick. Also, enjoyed the various interactions with our cast. It did get a little extra fanservice-y for my taste, but at least it is yuri-service, I guess. Overall, not my favorite episode, but I'm excited for the next round of golf. |

| Visually this was a pleasant episode. Such an unexpectedly aesthetic anime. I feel as if Haruka has to be a top ranker as one of the most attractive characters from any CGDCT series I've watched. At least up there with Reiko in Super Cub. They have a similar outdoorsy fanatic hobbyist energy too. And then there's Izumi left in the dust in that one scene... |

| It somehow feels like I'm watching a yuri show, the chemistry between the 3 is good. Minami having a feels of Haruka and Ayaka'a belly was funny. And Minami blaming the driver was just cute. The over episode was fun and fluff. |

| Minami finally getting her new Excalibur club to try out, as much as the 3 old men bicker about how she can get better, though Haruka has to get busy handling the golf range like her usual. Too bad that Minami still could not hit the club at its intended performance, so Haruka giving her tips to get better, enough to have a friendly match between the amateur and the professional Ayaka, it sure helps...if Minami is able to get through her midterms first and pass her exams. And with the hard part being over, the joys of going back to goling remain strong, and for that purpose, Haruka having chosen a suitable course, everything is set. But before that, some strength training is needed at the gym, and the hard parts are always what dreads Minami. Ayaka compensating with yoga and tea for rest and relaxation, and Minami feeling both girls' abs to get the feel for both, as much difference as they both have to invoke tickling laughter, even to the point of battling inside a sauna, the rivalry between the two sure gets heated. As much innocence Minami brings to the friendship, and trying to entice her on which training is better, it's better to just say that she benefitted from both in different, but common ways. And look what training does to Minami, being able to have a stronger body and drive 100 yards...though she almost overslept her first round with the girls. Getting whipped into shape, Minami. |
