Hey naruto fans, I watched Naruto like 10 years and haven't rewatched it since. Recently I've been feeling the itch to watch it again but it's so long. that's what she said

What are the best episodes that are good for rewatches even with my worn out memory and minimal context? I'd like recs for both parts. ty.

Probably famous arcs would be good choice, such as Chuunin Exam arc, Pain arc or maybe Akatsuki Suppression arc… the War arc is way too long but it is also a fun watch considering you don’t have to wait weekly now.
I personaly really like the Hagoromo-Homura and Hashirama-Madara fillers, among the best filler arc for sure.

Off the topic, but I rewatched ep 372 like 10 times already in a spawn of 4 years. I just love that episode, it's probably my favourite in Shippuden.
I love the moment when reanimated Hokage appeared in the battlefield.
When Minato teleported that Tailed Beast Bomb was so epic. He did it so effortlessly.

I would say the Sasuke VS Itachi fight in Shippuden is one of the best fights from all, so that is worth a rewatch. Then you have the Pain Invasion arc, and the war arc without filler episodes. from OG Naruto the Chuunin exam and the Sasuke retrieval arc. A bonus episode I would say is always worth a rewatch is the Kakashi face under the mask epusode, I know its filler but cmon its one of the funniest episodes to watch

Not a joke, try the very first film. Its called Land of Snow and it has some of the best art in the entire franchise if you can believe that. Very underappreciated. Aged like wine.

Road to Ninja is another great film that's a great watch with a little bit of everything in the way of fanservice. It's just really fun to watch. Especially if you dont want to sit through dozens of episodes, i think these movies make for good recommendations.

I dont know the ep# but it's during the naruto vs pain fight which to me is the best fight in all of anime. any of those eps minus the talk no jutsu flashbacks have rewatch value. especially Hinatas part of the fight and the ep after where it's nothing but intense over the top fighting and animation and the end of the fight where he's celebrated. those are the eps I've always rewatched whenever I have the time for an ep of naruto. in terms of movies the first naruto movie clash of snow and 2 shippuden movies blood prison and the last which to me is the best movie and ending to the story

All Akatsuki fights, Pain arc, Obito story, Kakashi story, Jiraya backstory, Itachi vs Sasuke, Gaara retrieval arc.. there is so many of them. From basic Naruto, Zabuza plus Haku vs Team 7, Sasuke retrieval arc, Chuunin exam arc.

The one where Hinata jumps into Naruto vs. Pain to save him. Sasuke vs. Itachi fight. Team 7 reunion.

But most importantly, no cap - the one where Naruto meets Minato and tries to tell him about how his entire life has been. Never fails to get me choked up.
