| My favorite franchise is Sonic but the worst game is tied between , Sonic 06 , SOnic FOrces and Sonic Boom. Thoses 3 ass games had different impact on the franchise , the worst one was Sonic 06 who literally kill the franchise in a mediatic way and could have been the end of Sonic id the next game(Unleashed) was a failure but fortunately it wasn't , this game have not a lot of things for him , yeah having 3 campaigns is cool , but , so much weird storyline choices , and so much bug , without forgetting the CRAZY AMOUNT of loading screen . Then we have Forces , ass shit , with good ideas but yk boost to win again , Classic sonic who is here because ??? because what???? , and the avatar who have multiple weapons but you only used two because they are OP and the others are ass , it at least leads to two good things: First the IDW comics , who even become canon. And a break from Sega during 5 years because they have finally listened the fans and have released us sonic frontiers who is not crazy good , but , is clearly a good and hopeful direction for the future of the franchise. Finally we have Sonic Boom , wow , where to start , this game is pure dogshit like never before for the franchise but yk , it created Sonic boom the tv show who is , very funny and that i absolutely love , for me that's clearly the worst game of the franchise in term of pure video game but there is a reason:The development team wasn't supposed to do it on Wii U but bc of a weird deal between sega and nintendo , they had to , so they nerf the game. |

I'm torn on what my fave franchise is. If Pokémon, then it'd be whatever the hell this thing is. If Kirby, then (And this one's a hot take) Kirby's Epic Yarn. I don't know how to explain why I hate it, I just hate it. I like hard games, and this ain't it. If Zelda... well this one's pretty uncontested.  |

| Akiba's Beat: it's so quarter-arsed and lacks all the fun and humour that the Akiba's Trip games have. Also it's pretty lazy, as they basically just copied the world from the previous games, but instead of keeping in the individual npcs you could interact with, they basically made them look like jelly people. There's horrendous amounts of doing nothing. You sit through dialogue (and I do this because I'm hoping it's important), then you need to walk somewhere (and you can't fast travel like the previous game) to sit through more dialogue, to be sent somewhere else to sit through more. By the time I'm in a battle I'm bored stupid and am giving up, the janky combat doesn't help either. I bought it new for very cheaper and I can see why. Hardly got into it, and it's a tie as to what's worse - this POS or the POS Anime adaptation. Thank god for Akiba's Trip 2 DC bringing back some hope and respect for this amazing series. I've a couple a licenses I really love, mostly Nintendo stuff. But I can't really say if I prefer one over the other. My top are probably The Legend of Zelda and Fire Emblem. But I've never played anything before Ocarina of Time and Awakening so I can't say anything about older stuff. Four Sword Adventures wasn't a bad game but still my weakest Zelda experience. And Fire Emblem Engage story was kinda weak compared to the other games before. |

I've a couple a licenses I really love, mostly Nintendo stuff. But I can't really say if I prefer one over the other. My top are probably The Legend of Zelda and Fire Emblem. | Valkyria Chronicles 2. Cursed by being limited to PSP/Vita forever and by a company who forgets it's existence so a remake will never happen. The balancing is so bad in the game, first missions or so have you fight enemies with beam weapons/shields that you're practically hopeless against and missions with bosses don't tell you what kind of equipment they have. First boss has a machine gun that makes it impossible to move away from him if he stops near you (the gun has the highest ROF and range) and he can one shot your tank at that point in the game with his hammer, which he swaps to frequently. |

| My fav series is trails by falcom. Tough to chose a worst one though. In terms of gameplay I must admit trails in the sky 1st is clearly the worst. CS4 has the worst story in the series, but I like the harem ecchi hijinks. Daybreak is fun but it has a plethora of flaws in writing besides the questionable localization at times. Pushing all that aside I would put sky 3rd as the worst for mostly being backstory filler. |

| Trine 3. I liked all other games but experimenting with the third dimension wasn't a good idea, and many fans would agree with me. The Sims 3. It just never appealed to me. I spent countless hours playing the other three games, but the third one is the one I played the least. Pro Evolution Soccer 5. I played many PES games but I never really liked PES 5, mostly because pretty much every contact with the opponent was a foul. |

| I'm a casual Sonic fan but yeah, the franchise has many lows. I was obsessed with Shadow as a kid and got Shadow the Hedgehog 2005 for my birthday, it was such a disappointment lmao. Barely managed to get one ending and gave it up. For my actual favorite franchises I would say: Resident Evil: Resident Evil 6, closely followed by 5. 6 has all the flaws of 5 with the addition of being waaay too long. I was so hyped by the trailers but it didn't live up to the hype at all. Silent Hill: Silent Hill 4. It's a shame, because the game's concept and story is pretty ambitious but it was poorly executed. Half the game is basically playing the same stages again with a escort mission, definitely not the best idea. Ace Attorney: Ace Attorney Dual Destinies. Almost all the cases sucked, the new character Athena was poorly introduced and Apollo Justice (who was supposed to inherit the protagonist role for Phoenix) was overshadowed by Phoenix himself and Athena. I really love prosecutor Blackquill but the cases were too dumb. |

| Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere (International) is probably considered the worst of the mainline Ace Combat titles. Fans love the JP version now, but it sold poorly back in the day, so Bamco cut all of the animation, plot, and branching story stuff before kicking it overseas. There is no voice acting, no characters, and the story is linear and bare bones. I own Exportsphere and personally have a soft spot for it. The gameplay is alright and the awesome music is left intact. Still, I can't deny that it is probably the weakest main entry (without getting into spinoffs). For Civilization, the consensus is usually Civ Beyond Earth, although I also own it and don't think its terrible. The hate mainly comes from the fact that its more bland than Civ 5 (which is true, but still). I don't typically play games that are hated or considered bad, so I think I have yet to play a truly awful game (I also avoid launch dates). |

| i'm a filthy casual so i don't really have a favorite franchise but some that i can name off the top of my head are fifa 22, wwe 2k20, gta chinatown wars. also wanna say pes 19 mainly because they lost the licensing to the ucl in this one and the game hasn't really felt the same ever since. never really liked anything in particular about need for speed: hot pursuit 2, even though i spent a decent amount of time on it. |
