 The official website for the television anime adaptation of Yuuto Suzuki's Sakamoto Days manga announced three additional cast members, character promotional videos, and a visual of Order (pictured) on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2025.Cast Yoichi Nagumo: Natsuki Hanae (Dandadan) Shishiba: Taku Yashiro (Enen no Shouboutai) Osaragi: Saori Hayami (Spy x Family) Masaki Watanabe (Seikaisuru Kado) helms the anime at TMS Entertainment. Taku Kishimoto (Blue Lock) is handling the series composition and You Moriyama (Megalo Box director) is designing the characters. Suzuki began drawing the action comedy manga as a one-shot, titled Sakamoto, in Jump GIGA in December 2019. The manga began regular serialization in Weekly Shounen Jump magazine in November 2020. Shueisha shipped the 18th volume on August 2, while the 19th volume is scheduled to go on sale on November 1. VIZ Media licensed the manga for release in English in July 2021. The 13th volume went on sale on September 3, and the 14th volume is scheduled to be released on November 5. Shueisha's Manga Plus website and app is also releasing the manga in English. | always expected hayamin for osaragi ever since i first read the manga so this is perfect casting. imagined yuuichi nakamura for nagumo and tsudaken for shishiba but these guys work pretty well too. |
