Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

I would be kind pissed to be honest. At that point I would think they are just trying to get the cash grab of “oh everyone is making live action anime, so we do the thing too” and not give us more of the story that we wont. If that happened I would fully lose hope of ever getting a season 5. Just my opinion, I mean I will definitely watch it but those are my thoughts

Ignore it completely, there's no way in hell they'd EVER come anywhere close to a live action show of hot women parading around a teenage boy with their tits on display half the time. They would de-culture it into unrecognizablity and/or make Issei a female POC. they went one for three on live action adaptations for excellent previously-animated works, and those has EXCELLENT stories, whereas DxD's high point DEFINITELY isn't the writing.
