| Amazing serie, tho I have tho give it 8/10 because of two factors. 1. Snake dude shouldn't have been here 2. Why did they show the professor in his late 60s or 70s .... It doesnt make any sense. It's way in the future. But besides those 2 point, amazing serie. Loved it so much mainly because I love these kind of mysteries AS I'VE READ THE BOOK " AND THEN THERE WERE NONE", which is my favorite mystery book. NOW, ONTO THE BEST BLACK BUTLER ARC!! |

| @Alex_TheForest 2 I think it's because Arthur Conan Doyle is a real British writer and they wanted to show him in a way that would be more familiar to us (as an older man). |

| Damn, this was definitely the best arc of the series. Mystery setting was nothing out of this world, we've seen plenty of that kind already. But the full breakdown in the end, followed by that little devilish threat and the revelation of not actually dying, was right on the spot! Some references to the Book of Circus too, and it's nice to see the manor personnel increasing, Ciel won't be forgiving, Joker lightly... It would be reasonable to assume that the Queen won't be disappointed with the result here, despite setting the stage for it. Sebastian having to go with Ciel's orders left a few chuckles, lol. He's doing his part wholeheartedly, there's no doubting that. Vampire opera singer, I was sure there was something fishy there, but we ended up getting a sweet love story instead. Not complaining. 8/10. |

| Sebastian and Ciel really had fun in this arc acting like Sherlock Holmes and James Moriarty. They also have a new member! This has been fun. ALSO TANAKA SUPREMACY! |

| How can a show be so predictable and yet so surprising at the same time? This was a crazy good watch, even with the ususl Black Butler trappings. Sebastian and Ciel’s performances were excellemt, as was the supporting cast. The jokes landed, and the explanations made some sense by the end. The one thing that truly took me by surprise was the second culprit being the snake guy from Book of Circus rather than the second Charles; I’d expected him to be the one supplying the black mamba, seeing as the Royal Crown would also have access to African snakes and a motive to endanger Ciel. As he said, the Queen is quite happy to put his life at risk to see if he can still handle himself in a crisis. I’m really looking forward to the new season, because Black Butler has been better and better ever since that mediocre start and terrible 2nd season. Sometimes, it just takes time for a franchise to find its groove, I guess! also I have to say it... you know it's coming... THE BUTLER DID IT |
