If not, it’s a quick drop I guess Lemme tell you I binged this entire show in like only a few days, (which genuinely scarred me, nothing against the show just binging 170 episodes gave me some form of permanent anime burn out, now I struggle to watch shows which ain’t seasonal weekly shows) But to answer your question no asta does not change, he is literally always screaming. But while I’m not crazy about black clover if you can get past his annoying side it’s a pretty good watch. But for me personally I only started to get into it properly I think around like episode 90 roughly. But opinions aside Yes asta is a loud screaming kid for the whole show. |

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating. |

| I too found asta annoying at first when i watched the first 3 episodes and actually dropped the show a while back. Then i came back to it and after a while he tones down a bit. This is really one of those shows u have to get past the first couple of episodes I didnt start liking the show until ep 5-6. So give it a few more and if u dont like it after they introduced the main cast then its not for u |

black clover is my one of favourite anime so I don't care what other people think about it |
| i didn't mind it much since i was very used to those kinda characters but i don't think he changed that much throughout the show, a little bit. watch it if you like hype moments. |
