Episode 1 was so bad it got me laughing. Some characters were about to die but you dont see any emotions on their face lol.

But episode 2 and 3 was not bad, in fact it got me interested. Im gonna keep watching and see how it goes.

it was so bad that after the first eps I was like I can't take this shit but after a few days I realized I was laughing my ass off the whole time. so I'll continue watching it

@Ryudrake i would say that isekai cheat magician at least tried to be "good". This one makes me think about the mental state of the person who greenlit this shit. Nothing looks good

@Ryudrake: Isekai Cheat Magician at the very least look like a competent production. This one looks they can't find someone to draw for this anime so they hired the janitors at the studio to do it instead.

I've read the manga.

I've watched the anime so far (episode 5 as I'm typing this).

...and its so forgettable that I really can't remember what happened in previous episodes or manga chapters. That can't be good, right?

@TheOnlyOneTM I totally second this, except I am prob not going into the LN before going through others on my list, keh. Also, I see that the LN ended in 5 volumes, somehow that made me wonder the reason why it only went as far as 5 Vol...

I watch ALL isekai, the good, the bad, the trashy, etc...

Literally I can stomach watching just about any isekai out there and usually I can watch the whole thing and be at least somewhat satisfied at the end.

This is literally the first isekai anime I have ever seen that was SO boring and bland that I gave up after 7 episodes...

The most interesting character in the anime we were introduced to was the "Old gentleman demon" and he got wiped out what, 3 or 4 episodes?

All characters are boring, the MC is insufferable, and the story? what story?

Literally the WORST isekai I have ever watched

I feel you. It is not like I don't have anything else to watch. I just like Isekai Genre, and until now, even the worst Isekai Animes were still watchable for me. But this one felt so extremely boring... the Main Character was basically the personification of a Ragdoll (or something like placeholder names, like "John Doe" in USA). None of the characters had a proper personality somehow. They were all just.. generic. Yeah, that's the word describing the characters and the anime the best: Generic. Even the plot felt generic and way too sudden with a really bad pacing. I know many Anime Adaptions unfortunately end up with a bad pacing - while the pacing in the source material, like Light Novels, is usually fine - but this one was really hard to chew on.

That is what I am saying, is just so bad that you have to laugh about it. It is like how did they even make this. My believe is that they put some interns to make the show. Because generic and stupid there are like 3 per season. But generic stupid, low budget, it was just a joke. I watched it all btw, It was 1 of the 5 anime that I could watch this season.
