A wonderful episode!
- The campfire discussion did not disapoint. Everything made sense, and was completely in character. It reminds me of the banquet of kings, from fate/zero
- Lmao, i love how we usually get an info dump during the ad break, but this time it was just Hange's stew
- Damn, all of Jean's emotions came out. You could tell he was trying to hold it in, what a great use of show don't tell
- Attack on the port soon! This will be amazing

Last couple episodes have been weird. One second they're in a village and the next they're back in the city. Or in the woods and then back in the city and quickly back out. It's like the final couple seasons of Game of Thrones. Just feels rushed.

And all this "jaegerists! Kill the whole world! Let's execute prisoners and our political opponents"... christ, what has this show become?

Mikasa is an empty shell. At least Connie and Jean are still solid characters. They seem like a actual people. So does Levi but he's out of commission. Armin and Hanje are just "in a terrible leader, why Erwin/Levi chose me?" Flock is a caricature of a misguided dumbass/villain. And that Yelena(?) has been an awful character from the start. No development. Just static.

Airing of grievances was good although Marley still deserves to be beaten. Because they are genuinely shit people. But I'm not saying the whole world deserves to be wiped.

ALSO, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT: When the "volunteers" came to the island they brought certain technology and even the titan spinal fluid. But they didn't bring much of the fluid because they could only steal so much. But then the story later discusses how zeke used his own spinal fluid repeatedly. So why didn't they use armin or eren's fluid? And I still think it's bullshit they continued slaughtering pure titans even though they knew they were humans. But this is a separate issue I've had with the series.

There have been very interesting episodes this season, and others that I felt only had a couple minutes worth of enjoyable content.

I can mention that this is emotional episode. They are arguing about their sins. Before all the action begin in shore to fight Floch. Slow pace but seems potato soup really tasty. Next episode gonna be an action moment.

Imagine teaming up with the people that wanted to genocide you (seething for 100 year about you living in peace nonetheless) because genocide is bad.

They will obvious success and eldian will get genocided considering how the ending of the serie is infamous, just like Avatar should have ended (well it kinda did in the sequel 10 year later)

This whole situation is so sad that almost make me forget it is a fictional world we are talking about.

Some of them are always fighting against a genocide, but how much time until someone make something dumb and make everyone angry?

I guess this whole teaming up was just fantastic. This is exactly what we need in the end. I guess this will not be a happy ending, but I would like to expect it to be.

I understand why they help like genocide is bad and all but I also don't get that: obviously that wouldn't end any good for eldians, Marley will just eat them alive, even if just a few of them seem to understand them eldians, the rest of the world will not. They want to help those who will genocide them without a second thought!

Oh well, kinda eh that the solution will be to unite and somehow that will help them win.

I dunno, I don’t care what kind of moral posturing the marlayans or this show in general try to make about “genocide bad”, I think Eren is entirely justified. I know this anime won’t give the satisfaction of having a tragic ending of the whole world getting their just desserts, but they should.
