There’s gotta be a few American rappers who are weebs right? The thought of like, Lupe Fiasco doing an anime opening is so exciting. Unlikely something like that would ever happen though.

This is really cool imo. Both songs sound good. Weebs seem to be really afraid of any sort of different thing. Like while yes it'd be awesome to have vaundy do the op for this, its also super awesome to have onerepublic do the Ed. But yeah ngl this feels kinda surreal

Ikr, Steve Conte did quite a few songs for wolf's rain and they were amazing, just made me love the show more

After hearing Imagine Dragons during every scene in Sweet Home and ruining moments with that corny song I genuinely get a horrible visceral feeling whenever I hear their songs in any media. It's really silly but I genuinely can't stand them. Might have ruined any hype I had for this

nooo dont remind me of sweet homes literal penetration of imagine dragons it was visceral so bad . each time it got put on it was a laughing fiesta. it seems music is really repetetive with imagine dragons

Don't like YUNGBLOOD but I am one of those people who genuinely like 99% of ID and OR stuff despite disliking most modern pop music and the production on the OP seems to even out my dislike for YUNGBLOOD due to sounding like a League of Legends song so actually cool to see popular American artists on an anime (seeing as quite a few British ones already have been)

I've no issue with this. Not too familiar with Yungblud, but I am with OneRepublic. Having two Western acts cover the opening and ending is quite rare for anime. I say let them try something different. The purists and weebs can complain all they like. It's not the end of the world.
