| Sigh. I don't know why so many manga/anime love that trope of immoblizing the protagonist in the most humilliating way possible only to murder/torture his companions. Some shows do this well, but here it was just pure gore porn. Making Doroka suffer so much at the hands of a mediocre throwaway character...for what? |

| The magic system in this anime is very boring. This entire episode was dedicated to a magical fight, but everything felt like “and then he used an EVEN STRONGER ATTACK!!” plus another death fake out for good measure. Adonis has at least the drawback of needing to write to complete spells, but compared to his rampage in Redia from however many episodes ago, his current reaction time and creativity in his spells just doesn’t feel consistent nor satisfying to see. I used to think the over-the-top gore was this anime’s downfall, but now I’m yearning for overly edgy scenes without a bizarre, comedic tonal shift… |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| The Redia Empire's National Intelligence Agency routing both Adonis and Doroka, and Shirousagi donning both heads, he's here for business dealing with the both of them, though Shirousagi defintely knew of the witches' Love Spell thanks to the Queen. Surely, Shirousagi's Gear Expansion causes both of them to gear up themselves to face a harbinger of humanity. But even with just the two of them alone, facing Shirousagi's Hummingbird is no mere simpleton task, and even more so than the cyborg himself. To truly defeat him would take an iron will and skills enough to trounce over him, and Doroka is really a burden for having her eyes gouged out, despite Adonis having to take her own. This is pretty messed up, and how can they ever hope to win against Shirousagi? |

| this show is far too edgy for its own good. Adonis is absolutely unlikable and Doraka is just an annoying character. The so called comedy just gives tonal whiplash there seems to be no balance to the characters or story.. it's a shame as it was interesting premise |
