Warriors like Eisen and Stark seem to have superhuman strength. They can run on water and lift boulders that are probably 100s of tons heavy.
To add to that, their weapons seem indestructable. Stark can rip through stone and his axe doesn't suffer even a scratch.

Is there an in-world explanation for this? Yes, I know that strong warriors is just a fantasy trope, but is there an actual reason? Like do they use something similar to mana?

I don't think there is an in-world explanation, the story pretty much made it clear from the start that the world runs by RPG logic. Weapons probably degrade with use and their resistance probably comes from materials with magical properties. Their superhuman strength is probably justified the same way that magical profiency is just a thing people can have. If you can accept the assumption that somehow people can use magic which is superhuman by itself, then you can also accept that other superhuman skills are present and available in this fantasy world.

Voll, an elderly dwarf proved stronger than Stark in chapter 33, so whatever we're talking about in a pure fantasy world

Some could even go as far as to say their world is build different.

I believe its normal for warriors. they train the most and since their pride lies in their strength, it clicks.

@Pablo_Nferuda1 But what about their weapons? Are they magical? Or can Warriors infuse their strength into their weapons?

A character in the manga mentions reading the flow of mana within a warrior at one point. That makes me think that there’s some sort of mystical element to the superhuman feats of non-magic characters too.

They have high vitality?
They use their own HP in exchange of Manna?

It's just a hypothesis but yeah, as Eisen is a dwarf warrior we can easily get behind water running or boulder lifting or living longer than humans.

For Stark, the unbelievable power he has shown till now all came through the axe, so maybe Eisen gave Stark some great Dwarf weapon.

Warriors are strong because some players strongly prefer playing that class...

Those are the rules of that world. as long as it stays consistent with itself, i see no problem here.

It wouldn't make sense if only mages were strong in fantasy setting.

Tbh its just for balance reasons in most fantasy stories. If a mage can do all that crazy stuff, then everyone else would be useless if they had realistic human limitations.
