This anime is one of the best of this season so far, so I'm thinking that why don't we take it to the moon, let's make it rise above them all for a 9.
& what's your opinion of this anime

I know this sounds cringe but this anime os good

Ok, so to be clear I also felt the end of the episode a little down but overall it was good & hoping it does not fall in terms of quality & see 37 people have voted for 10 ratings & I think I'm the only one crazy.

Pretty dark start imo I feel like episode 2 gonna be a big slaughter fest during the great escape of Bonnie and Clyde. Looks like it’s gonna be interesting though for sure.

Tbh I disagree, it was a decent start. World of people and witches, discriminaton, not too much. The good part of the ep I wasn't expecting at all was gore and I would love to see more of it later during mc "revenge arc"

Humans were supposed to be smart and that's how they supposedly brought witches as a whole down, yet they basically allowed Pink Hair to run around, let every prisoner free.
That kinda stands out and is glaring.
It's just a nitpick, but possibility of it being the norm is real. 7/10 so far.

Hell no, it's a 6 at best right now. It's so absurd I couldn't help but laugh when they were pulling out iphones to take pics of the witch.

If this show is a slaughter-fest/porn where 1 overpowered guy's killing "soulless" human soldiers and/or civilians indiscriminately in the thousands, than I won't bother watching. Can anyone tell me if that's the case? Don't want to make a thread for this.

@Kayle_x_Morgana And would the ideal ending be like the MC got killed years later in the end by a survivor of the city(or a relative who live abroad) as revenge.. 😂

The show is great so far but sorry it is not a 10. For now for me is the highest anime this season with a 7.8/10 maybe I'll give higher depending on how the story goes.

Even had the women there taking pics too.

Its a revenge story with a lot of blood, gore and torture. Every character gets treated horribly, especially the women. Its a classic edgy anime with a lot of shock value. If you are into that, then great! But thats really all the anime is, which is fine. Dont expect great story-telling, mystery solving, depth or a lot of character growth. Especially not in season 1.

If you are rating the anime within its own genre (revenge anime) I can understand wanting to give it a high rating but there are more polished revenge stories out there. Its a 6 for me.

MC is not overpowered (yet?) and will not kill indiscriminately. Its a big world and not every human deserves to die. MC struggles with this but that's part of his growth, if you can call it that.
