| So this was the legendary "Episode 135". It was beautiful and depressing at the same time. My honest opinion about this arc, I got bored for many parts. The narrator, the side characters with silly design and boring personality, the slow pacing. But, I loved everything besides those things. Character developments were great, the major fight scenes were epic, and most importantly, I really love the ending. |

| Can't say much, it was outstanding. I love good stories in anime, its all that matters most of the time. This arc had had absolutely everything. Even the characters that we thought would be irrelevant get some sort of character progression. Overall this arc was very close to perfection. While I enjoyed everything else I can't lie I was a bit annoyed with the narrator and fighting commentary from the moment they broke into the castle until the Netero vs Meruem fight. It way too fatal in a massive arc hence why this arc is a 9/10 instead of a perfect score to me. |

| I didn't like much the Chimera Ant arc, like, yeah, what the hell, a mutated ant colony eating humans, killing children, and the ant king killing his mother after being born, but what the hell just happened, I'm crying over the ant king dying hand in hand with a human girl after discovering what emotions are and realizing what a jerk he has been etc. What an amazing story that gets the viewer sucked in completely! |

| I've no words to describe this episode. I cried so hard in this episode that I'm having a headache right now. Possibly one of the greatest pieces of fiction ever written and one of the greatest if not the greatest shounen arc ever written. I cried like a bitch... man. T__T RIP Meruem X Komugi. You guys were meant for each other. ;___; |

| I love it when there's no OP. That's almost always a sign that we're going to get real. And real do we get... damn. And so goes the pinnacle of evolution, losing his life to the cruelty of mankind, whilst losing a game to a girl who needs to wipe her nose, a girl whom was the one to bring out the human side in him. It would've been out of pure fear, but Meruem would have indeed created a fair and perfect world. Also, SHE OUTSMARTED HIS OUTSMARTING On my first watch I was more of an anime newbie and in the case of HxH I heard it was one of the best shounen and went into it expecting and looking for action. I guess I was... mildly satisfied. In the case of the Chimera Ant arc, I was actually disappointed at how long drawn out it seemed with nothing significant seeming to be happening. But now, me not being so shallow and looking for more, this is actually amazing; it's masterfully done. The Chimera Ant arc is the story that HxH wanted to tell all this time. I still personally give the slight edge to the York New City arc. I still think the greed island arc is kind of mid, and the whole five-minute-battle or whatever in the palace of the chimera ant arc still felt drawn out a bit too long for my taste One more episode to end the Chimera Ant arc, and then we get to the final arc, the Election. Which, I don't see many people talking about, so I don't know what to expect really. I won't expect much, despite being the final arc, is still living under the enormous looming shadow of the Chimera arc. |

| This arc started interesting, then became a chore. I was not really enjoying it at all until things got real when the chairman faced Meruem. Since then it's been amazing episode after amazing episode. The storytelling, the characters, the animation. This episode here made the LONG ASS journey totally worth it. I can't think of a better ending. At least they went together, two people who couldn't be more different found an understanding in each other, as well as company and friendship. The way komugi was touching his face so she could 'see' him... The way the most powerful creature on earth kept asking if Komugi was there, seeking her comfort. Man, I just keep wondering how long she waited after his death until she joined him... The rawest thing was how Pouff who was such a classy and loyal guard just died bloody in the dirt after finding out the King's care for Komugi was more than he had ever imagined. Very sad ending for all the Royal Guards. |

| This was the most beautiful episode of the entire series. Well done I never thought I would feel as emotional as this starting this arc. A lot feels with the music, visuals, and everything ;-;. It really left me speechless. |
