I feel that dark crow is so underrated as an opening, is my personal favorite, just time will tell if paradox surpass it. Just my opinion:

Paradox made me so happy you have no idea. When I get excited I tear up (found this out after watching Levi vs the beast), and when I watched this op just before my biology class I started BAWLING! Unfortunately, it was embarrassing; fortunately, I had Survive Said the Prophet playing in my ears and visuals that only the gods could have drawn on my screen. Vinland Saga S2 has been nothing short of a masterpiece. This isn't to say the other Op's aren't good because they are also bangers as well.

Mukanjyo (the first opening of season one) is by far the most iconic opening of them, and one of the greatest openings in general, it captures the soul of Vinland Saga in the best way possible
