White stands for purity, its simplicity untainted by any other hue. White stands for everything good and right, and we use it symbolically in opposition to black. White is the color of certainty, of illumination, and of insight, and we associate it with knowledge and learning. White is inviolable, the color that reveals the distasteful by comparison with its purity. Taking this symbolism into consideration, it means that most of anime girls are kinda nasty (but that's good, take it as a small joke), I guess girls who wear white are actually pretty cool because of that idea, that's why Morgiana is great compared to girls who wear green or orange.
