The training and tournament Arc is far more compelling than Garbage no Hero Academia where we have a Virgin Protagonist who is a literal child with Idealistic Goals of becoming Hero. Then BOOM he's the literal CHOSEN ONE and gets superpowers without even obtaining it. The Power System is far more complex and believable in Hunter x Hunter. Gon and Killua are not like Husbando Bait Todoroki and Midoriya; they have their own inner conflicts and fatal flaws that makes them 3 dimensional. Even excluding the Chimera Ant Arc, Hunter x Hunter curbstomps the mediocre writing of Garbage no Hero Academia with the worldbuilding. Maybe, I went too far I should have compared to it to One Piece instead which is more fun despite of being Average |

| The only thing I felt bad for him is that Horikoshi decided to throw his final fight to the trash can. It was meant to be the last fight between the greatest hero vs the greatest villain of the previous era with Midoriya and Shigaraki succeeding them respectively. And what did we get instead? AFO still being the active dangerous villain he used to be and All Might being a quirkless dude who cannot do anything at this point. What was the point of All Might's retirement then if he didn't even manage to bring down his archinemesis for good? Just to have Midoriya succeeding him? **ck that shit! |

| I stopped watching MHA after season 3. I don’t really care about returning to it, but I dig the hentai once in awhile. It was a fun show, but it was a fun show with ultimately very basic character tropes. Sure, characters have some interesting development I guess iirc. But it just feels like they are too much like character tropes following not that original character trope development still. Character relationships aren’t really that interesting or that original from basic character trope relationships either. Honestly, my feeling of it is that it’s just kind of a pop-corn series you can watch with familiar characters, developments, and relationships. I feel like I’m not missing much anymore, and am happy with stopping right there. As for all-might? I don’t really know why I should feel sorry for him over someone like the ice/fire kid or midoriya when he was bullied instead. Like I don’t really care. |

| Nowadays I think he should have died after fight with AfO. He completely lost any relevance to the plot. His training of Deku could've been done through force ghost like previous OfA holders. |
