| Ok...so i know this is a common question, but i need some help. I started with zero season 1, but didn't get hooked, now some say i should have saved zero for last. I'm thinking with the 06 (deen) version fan edit. Or should i just watch UBW first ? |

So, imo You should start with Fate Zero and then with Fate stay night (any version you want) I started with UBW series and when I went to Zero, I realized I enjoyed Zero more, but it kinda sucked as I’d been spoiled from UBW. |

Which means that it use plot points of the original story to explain something. However , since you already watched the 1st Season , you already spoiled yourself 80% of the original story... Well, yes. But, tbh, it depends from person to person, as to how you will enjoy it more. The question was about the "watch order" and Fate/Zero still comes later as it is a Prequel, which should be watched after watching all the 3 Routes. Even Urobuchi said about this in an interview somewhere. |

| Nice to see that the watch order threads have already begun. The most simple answer is the release order, for both the source material (the Visual Novels and Light Novels) and their anime adaptations. If you're sticking to the Source Material - read the original Fate/ Stay Night VN (which consists of three routes: Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel, which you unlock in that order), then the sequel VN Fate/ Hollow Ataraxia and then the prequel Light Novel Fate/ Zero - if you're watching the adaptations, watch Fate/ Stay Night, then Fate/ Zero, then UBW, then Heaven's Feel or replicate the source material order with the anime. |
