| Everything about this chapter screams Kaori is about to die. The title, being allowed to leave the hospital for 1 night, asking Shizuku to end the story, everything. I just hope Yuama-sensei has enough time to put everything in that she wants to put in. There's still only a loose connection between Shizuku and Shiori and it looks like she wants to heal things between Shizuku and Ruri as well. It looks like every volume gets 5 chapters so I'm thinking there's only 6 chapters left, maybe 5 if the last chapter is super long. |
| Trying to run from the inevitable never turns out good. I hope she can at least confess. |
| I hope Kaori at least gets to read the end of the novel and Shizuku confesses in time. This manga is too heart-shattering already to not at least have those two things happen. |
