| What a boring episode, Bleach storytelling is really deficient. |
| 3/5 Decent backstory episode which was probably hinted from the very beginning of the show. Nothing too mind-boggling in terms of reveals or anything but it's great seeing old characters especially the dubious trio and the heavily emphasized story of Ichigo's parents I loved how they handled the rain scenes & animations. It was a blast seeing young Isshin, Hitsu & Rengu. We see Ishida's parents as well as Ichigo's which was a cool parallel soon coming to a resolution. Masaki was cute & caring, a typical shounen mom I guess. Her Quincy reveal was already alluded by Ywch few episodes ago and btw, isn't Ichigo the most OP character ever. MF has every single power system available in the story. Always been my turn-off against his character and ridiculous unapologetic progression which is too broken. Alas! , I digress Now, onto the penultimate episodes of this cour which I've heard is going to be a 40 min special. Very excited for that but this episode was just OKAY |

| Yooo Isshin was gorgeous when he was younger. Misaki was a total badass! We can see where Ichigo's personality and attitude came from. Dude, bleach was created because of Aizen at this point lmao. |

| - The time skip between the end of the last episode and the start of this one is super jarring. Anyone who hasn't read the manga is going to be super confused by how Ichigo is suddenly back in the real world. Did I miss a scene or something? - Also, I guess this confirms that the first cour is going to end with Everything But The Rain. - I still have no idea who the black-haired girl (Ikumi?) is that Ichigo went to see. Is she someone from the Fullbringer Filler Arc? Since when has Ichigo worked for her? - Ha, Younger Isshin is voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa, the same VA who voices Naruto's dad. That's a pretty funny coincidence. - Best episode of the season so far. 5/5 |
| While i like Masaki and i think she did the right thing rushing to help people i can still 100% understand Ryūken's reasoning of going to help after soul reapers are already dead. For one Soul Reapers wiped them out, so i wouldn't want to go help the people who actively tried to wipe my people out, And second thing is, helping reapers would very likely just lead to those same reapers killing them just for being quinces. Tho the part where they are sending "Half-bloods" before taking action themselves isn't as reasonable. I guess they do that to not put "Purebloods" at uneccessery risk so that quinces could continue to exist but still. |

| The squeepigs continue to destroy the squuiverse with there rooting. What an absolute belter of an episode. Over three hundred and fifty eps in and it can still drop story like this. So much story, so much why characters are who they are, and where they are, with backstory dropped into a single episode. Its volcano level mind melting! Squeepig rising. 4.95! |

| Ahhh this episode ended too quickly. I was enjoying so much. Love getting to see the backstories of Ichigo’s parents. Does hollow Ichigo look like the black hollow because it bit his mom and somehow it got passed onto him? |

| EVERYTHING BUT THE RAIN was one of my favorite parts of the manga and i was hoping the anime dosen't disappoint me and it haven't yet the next epsoide has got to be one of if not the best of this cour |

That was an interesting episode. Long time since we have seen Rangiku as a young lady. To think that she was the vice-captain of Isshin's team is cool. So after Isshin, Toshiro took over his touch. Nice to see Aizen and his gang again. To think that he was involved in the meeting of Ichigo's parents is neat. Another cool thing is that Masaki as a young girl and Orihime look very alike. Wow, if they had the same hair color they could be the same person. But the biggest highlight was that last frame at the end.... |

Then when the hollow is about to blow up, he manages to run and cover an even further distance??? He probably took the big impact of the explosion and covered it with his body. That is why he was so torn up. Similar to what Yamato did when the Wonderweiss (or how his name is written) head blew up in his fight against Aizen. PS: This is anime. It's unnecessary to use logic on it. :D |

Isshin and Masaki's minds are probably not tainted with the Soul Reaper-Quicy war. That's why it doesn't matter to Masaki if the person is a soul reaper or not as long she can save him. She has a kind heart. That's my guess, at least. I bet Ichigo has got that trait from his mother. |

Maybe you didn't notice, but I think in the previous ep. there was an end-credit scene (after the ending song) where Ichigo was outside his house. So it began from that point in this ep.Similarly, this ep. had a post-ending scene. Short, but important. |
