| even though there was only 1 or 2 minutes of fighting this episode, on the first watch it felt like at least 1/4 of the episode was about ywhach vs kurosaki. Excellent pacing, anime-only content, foreshadowing with the quote 'my son, born in the dark', the history between Yamamoto and Kyoraku, the quality put into every single frame of this episode, the facial expressions on characters in certain moments, the use of silence and the raindrops evaporating when X person died. Honestly I gave episode 6 a 5, but now that I've seen this, this episode deserved the 5/5 more, and really is the best episode of animatoion I've watched all year. |
