Interesting episode overall, lots of character development and world building in progress. Surprise humor sprinkled in for giggles. Will be interesting to see how the story plans on evolving when the protagonist doesn't really have a goal or thing they want to achieve other than being a dog (which they are) and fondle some boobs (understandable, but not overly exciting). Makes it feel like Makima is very much calling the shots and directing the show from now on. We shall see...

i really liked it. I really felt like the Manga became animation. Chainsaw Man the Anime really makes you feel like a Chainsaw.

I loved how they adapted these chapters. MAPPA Literally brought these chapters to life!
12 different Endings for each of the episodes is mindboggling.

The second episode was so good not to mention it's the episode where OUR BEST GIRL DEBUT and not to mention the animation quality getting better and better, second ending was really melt hearted its sooo good, the ost for this episode is masterpice, 9/10.

theres no way he just fucking said "woof" dog i cant believe im watching this

i really like this idea of empathy that denji has for fiends and devils; that idea that given a chance for friendship and a life without killing humans he can spare them. its something everyone can take note of.
i mean then again he's also committed multiple forms of assault so i guess it evens out a little bit.
in that same scene i noticed the blood on the curtain is really low quality, quite literally you're able to see the jpeg compression on it. was this due to time constraints or what?

the synergy between a double-field unit here i think is really unique and refreshing. look forward to seeing more from them.

boring intro to the vegeta/sasuke of this anime
why is the character arc about touching boobs
why does he woof? this is ridiculous. if i have to suspend my brain from thinking about character movements and interactions, then the writing is completely divorced from reality

who beats up and spits on their colleague day 1?? then they retaliate with multiple groin kicks??? then they walk back together and start living together?????

Then the episode ends with the female cackling maniacally for no reason??
