| Two scenes that hit me up the most were Handler's speech about images of war and Anya's hilarious attempts to decipher the clock tower. |

| It's quite refreshing to see characters successfully avert war when in my region...well, you know. Especially against fake patriots who think that peaceful people will be "glad to die for their country" during a terrorist attack. I also appreciate that in this arc Anya actually shows that she is more than just a bunch of meme reactions and moe kodomo. |

| I don't know, this serious turn for the plot wasn't a great choice here. That interrogation scene stood out too much from the usual tone of the series, while the anime is still pretty wacky so far. Also, this is another of those stories that makes dogs way too smart and anthropomorphic. All in all, it's hard to take this arc seriously. I could see a more serious approach working with an emotional narrative giving some lessons on maturity and love etc. (as it happened to some extent in the 1st cour), but this logical/technical approach of the political drama isn't very convincing in this environment, neither is it supposed to be funny; thus it falls into a weird limbo. I find the new soundtrack pretty generic and cheesy too, which isn't really helping. Anya's thought process is amusing to watch, though, and it cracked me up when Keith saw Twilight doing stunts while disguised as the Minister. Oh, and the animation has been really solid. |
| what happened here? it got kinda serious here at least in comparisson to previous episodes, hope we get back to more comedy |
