| Wow what a episode, the best one this season. Was literally glued to the tv. Faputa going berserk on the villagers very visual. The transition between the fight and flashbacks was very nicely done. 11/10 episode  |

| Well folks we are experiencing peak anime right now. Enjoy it because it took over 2 years for the manga to get here. Gonna be a long time before the next season :( |

| I have mixed feelings on Faputa. One side of me hates her for killing all the Narehate on the village while the other side of me pities her because of her past. Let's hope Reg can make some sense to her. Also.. What happened to Belaf? Is he dead? |

| There are some severe issues with this adaptation and I'm not even talking about the censorship here. Take Regs "White Whistle" power-up for example. The manga established right from the get-go that there are some major repercussions for it. Riko actually wanted to use it after Faputa put her arm into Regs mouth but Reg, knowing the the downsides it would have, under pain stopped her from doing so. All this has been cut from this anime adaptation and for what? Just so that they can later on say "Oh btw. the whistle has a downside now."? No matter how you look at it this was just a terrible decision from the anime staff. Also, the characterization of various characters has been butchered on multiple occasions. Some of it is minor but still annoying as we sometimes got awkward silence in scenes where we should have gotten some inner monologue but there are also situations where they leave out important informations with major implications for the story as a whole e.g.: Belafs memories, which he gave away previously, were just returned to him by "the village" aka. Irumyuui in response to Faputas attack (this was supposed to be part of the dialogue in the beginning of the episode) or Moogie stating that in spite of looking at the destroyed village as her hometown and mourning what has been lost (which was what caused Rico to say "Reg everyone's precious things will...") she was still drawn to "that thing" (referring to Faputa) which basically implies that Irumyuui forced her own sense of value in regards to "her final child" onto everyone else which would put a lot of things into perspective. |

I'm tired seeing Nanachi so infatuated with that clone shithead that Nanachi had to abandon Riko and Reg, screw that deformed creep. So...Belaf released Nanachi and Mitty just like that? I thought Mitty was so valuable to him that he had to sacrifice many of his limbs and even demanding whole of Nanachi and now he just released him like that for free....  Oh well that's Made in Abyss for you, anything random can happen in the abyss. |

He released nanachi and mitty because something more important and urgent was approaching, the Faputa case and what Belaf will do as a great character in the next episode. Honestly the best anime this season by far. |
